It is suitable for shigh pressure boiler feed or for other high pressure water. Temperature of medium is not more than 160。二.型号说明 DESCRIPTION OF PUMP TYPEDG150-130×10DG高压锅炉给水泵; DGHigh pressure boiler feed pump;150流量(米3/小时); 150Capacity (m3/h);130泵单级扬程(米); 130Total head of single-stage;10级数; 10stage三结构 CONSTRUCTION本系列泵系分段、多级、卧式,进、出段、中段用穿杠连成一体。转子部分轴向力由平衡盘支承,用于承受由于工况变化而产生的残余轴向力,可起到有效保护平衡盘的作用。整个转子部分由泵两端的滑动轴承支承,轴承采用稀油润滑。推荐使用22号汽轮机油或N32润滑油润滑。泵吸入口、出水口均为垂直方向。泵轴封采用软填料密封或机械密封,轴封处装有可更换的轴套。泵通过弹性联轴器由电机驱动,从联轴器方向看泵为顺时针方向转动。 The pump is horizontal centrifugal pump with sections and multistage. Suction casing, discharge casing, and stage casing are combined by screw bolt.The axial force of rotor assembly is supported by balancing disc, simultaneously, the rest axial force because of the change of work environment, in order to protect balancing disc.The whole rotor is supported by the sliding bearing of pumps two ends. The bearing is lubricated by rare oil. 22 steamer oil and N32 lubricant are recommended.The suction and discharge are both vertical.The two ends of the pump shaft are sealed by soft packing or mechanical sealing. The spare shaft sleeves are installed at the sealed ends of the pump.四.安装 INSTALLATION水泵基础不仅承受水泵动载荷,静载荷还要考虑管道的作用力,水泵基础一般应采取重型钢筋混凝土结构,不允许采用轻型结构,要充分注意刚性。泵座与基础要灌浆,基础频率应超出水泵频率范围至少20%。泵与电机校核中心必须在冷态下进行,要求轴向面偏差小于0.06毫米,径向圆偏差小于0.05毫米。泵的管道应有专门的支撑和固定,不可将其应力全部施加在泵上,以防止泵的变形。The water pump foundation withstands not only the water pumps moving the load and the static load, but also the pipeline's action. As a result, the water pumps foundation should adopt the heavy reinforced concrete structure generally, and dont allow to use the light-weight construction, to pay attention to the rigidity fully. The pump place and the foundation must be in the milk, the foundation frequency characteristic surpasses the water pump frequency range at least 20%.It must be examine the pumps and the electrical machinerys center under the cold condition. The axial surface deviation is smaller than 0.06 millimeter, and the radial direction circular deflection is smaller than 0.05 millimeter.The piping of pump should have especial support and fixation. In case of the pumps distortion, we shouldnt expose all stress on the pump.五.使用维护须知USE MAINTENANCE NOTICE1.合理暖泵是给水泵最重要的启动程序之一,可采用正暖或倒暖。采用正暖:泵即除氧器来水经入口管进入泵内,由泵内压表管放水,另外在进水段下部应放水;采用倒暖:泵由压力管母管来水进入泵内,由入口管返回除氧器。另外,在吸入段下部应放水。暖泵要求为,首次启动采用正暖,备用采用倒暖,暖泵速度一般为1-2/min。Warming pump reasonably is one of most important start-up procedures. We may adopt warming or conversely warming. Adopts just warming: The pump namely comes the water inlet tube except the oxygen to enter in the pump, turns on the water by the pump intrinsic pressure table tube, moreover in enters lower part the water section to turn on the water; Adopts conversely warming: the water comes from the pressure tube female tube to enter in the pump, returns by the inlet tube eliminates the oxygen. Moreover, in inhales lower part the section to turn on the water. The warm pump request is, starts for the first time uses just warmly, spare uses but actually warmly, the warm pump speed is generally 1-2/min.2.暖泵时,应将吐出端两侧与泵座之间的联接螺栓(高压端的中心支撑点)稍松开,以消除热膨胀变形,待暖泵完成后再拧紧为启动准备。注意:未消除暖泵带来的热膨胀便投入运行将导致振动。When warming up, joint bolt between two sides of discharging casing and pump place should be loosened, in order to eliminate inflation transmutation. After warming up, screwing down joint bolt prepares for starting up.Notice: running without eliminating inflation transmutation will lead to vibrate.3.开泵前请灌满引水,严禁无水运转。Please fill water into pump before start. Doesnt work with no water.4.水泵在运行过程中,轴承温升不得超过环境温度35,最高温度不得超过80。When the pump is working , the bearings temperature cant exceed 35 compared to the temperature of environment. The highest temperature must under 80.5.检查泵入口压力及温度。为避免汽蚀发生,进水压力不应低于汽化压力的1.13倍。实践中,当水温为105,入口压力一般为0.150.17MPa,当水温为158时,入口压力一般为0.650.7MPa。Inspect pressure and temperature of the pumps inlet. In the case of cavitation, the pressure of inlet should be higher 1.13 times than that of vaporized pressure. In practice, when the temperature is 105, generally, the pressure of inlet is about 0.150.17MPa.While its 158, the pressure of inlet is about 0.650.7MPa.6.油位,最高不得高于油窗的中心线处,过高导致润滑油泄漏,最低不低于油窗中心以下1/2处。同时检查油质,若发现有变稀、变黑、乳化等不正常现象应换油。一般情况下,首次运行200小时后换油,以后每运行1000小时换油一次。换油时整个润滑区包括油室、轴瓦用汽油清洗一遍。Oil position, the highest should lower center line of the oil window. If not, it will lead to the leakage of lubricating oil. And the lowest should be higher than half of the oil window hereinafter. At the same time, inspecting quality of the oil, if find there is some abnormal phenomenon, such as dilution, darkness and emulsification, the oil should be replaced. In general, at first time, oil will be changed after running 200 hours. And then, changed after running 1000 thousand hours.When changing oil, the whole lubrication area together with oil chamber, shaft tile should be cleared.六 泵的拆卸与装配 THE DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF PUMP.泵的拆卸1.拆卸前的准备工作 .检查电源开关的关闭情况,应注意防止驱动开关的意外闭合; 关闭所有给水和排水管路的截止阀; .将泵腔内的积水和两轴承箱中的润滑油排净; .据需要将有关仪表及油管路和冷却水管路拆除; .检查联轴器对中心; .将整台泵运往拆卸地点。. Disassembly of pump1. Prepared work before disassembly .Inspect the close of power switch, in case of accidental close of drive switch; .Turn off the cut-off valve of all feed and drain pipe; .Clean water in pump cavity and lubricating oil in two bearing box. .Disassembly the related meter, oil pipe and cooling water pipe, according to the need; .Check up shaft coupling to make it aim at the center; .Take the whole pump to the disassembly place.2.水泵拆卸.泵的全部拆卸在拆卸构成中要按总图技术要求作好测量并记录,按装配顺序和方位做好标记,标明它是哪一级的,在重新装泵时,则应严格按照这个顺序进行。拆卸过程中,应保护精加工面,防止磕碰划伤,必要的可将轴外漏部分包裹起来。分别拆卸轴承润滑油,平衡回水,泄漏水及压力表管路。拆卸从非驱动端开始. 拆卸轴承压盖,轴承盖和上轴瓦,然后拆下轴承体和防尘盘;. 拆卸水冷填料压盖,轴承架,平衡室盖;. 依次拆卸小圆螺母,轴端套,轴套,平衡盘及平衡挡套;. 拆卸平衡板及平衡套;. 拆卸泵罩后,检查前后段间的距离及其平行度;. 拆卸串杠(暂保留两根),吊走后段,待拆卸的中段和轴要有支撑架(拆卸用),然后从后段上拆下末导叶;. 拆下齿形垫,最末级叶轮和平键;. 拆下最末级的中段和导叶;. 拆下叶轮挡套;. 按上序顺序一直拆到第一级叶轮;. 拆下联轴器,驱动端的轴承及泵支架;. 取下轴和两根串杠。2. Disassemble pump. The whole disassembly of pumpIn the process of disassembly, measures and records should be taken down according to the technical request of assembly drawing. Make marks according to order of disassembly, and note where it lies to. It must be assembled according with the order when reassemble the pump.Finish machining surfaces should be protected when being disassembled. If necessary, the revealed shaft can be packed.Pipeline, such as bearing lubricating oil, balancing backwater, leakage and pressure meter, should be disassembled respectively. Disassemble bearing gland, bearing cover and upper shaft tile, and then disassemble lower bearing gland and dustproof disc. Disassemble cooling packing gland, bearing bracket and balancing chamber cover. Take turn to disassemble small round nut, shaft cover, shaft sleeve, balancing disc and balancing interstage sleeve. Disassemble balancing board and balancing sleeve. After pump cover disassembled, check up the distance and parallelism between fore-and-aft casings. Disassemble draw-in bolt (temporarily leave double ones), swing away posterior casing, and then take down the latter guide vanes. Stage casing and shaft waited for disassembly should be supported. Disassemble dentiform pad, latter impeller and key. Disassemble the latter stage casing and guide vanes. Disassemble impeller interstage sleeve. Take turns to disassemble to first impeller. Disassemble coupling, driving-side bearing and pump bracket. Take down shaft and the double draw-in bolt.泵的装配1. 准备工作. 在装配之前,所有泵的零件,特别是互相配合的精加工表面必须彻底清理干净。. 清点全部零件,并按装配次序将零件分类,编号。2. 泵的组装. 注意装好中段密封胶圈,防止掉下来。. 注意对好导叶防转销。. 应对称拧紧泵体穿杠螺母,使之保持适当的紧力。. 穿杠基本拧紧后,用千分表找前、后段不平行应0.1毫米。3. 测量转子轴向移动量,应符合图纸要求4. 将前盖和低压盖端轴承及下瓦装上,将轴抬至中心位置。5. 用专用抬具和千分表检查平衡套端面跳动,应符合总装图的要求。6. 组装转子部件、紧固锁紧螺母。测量装平衡盘后的串量应符合总装图的要求。7. 装上两端首盖、尾盖、轴承体及轴瓦,测量轴瓦顶部及两侧间隙,应符合轴瓦质量要求的规定数值。8. 调整两侧轴瓦中心,调好后将调整螺母锁紧。. Assembly of pump1. Prepared job. Before assembly, all parts, especially with partnered finish machining surfaces, must be cleaned clearly. Count all parts, and classify, number the parts according to the order of assembly.2. Assembly-making of pump parts. Pay attention to sealing rubber ring of stage casing, in case of falling down. Pay attention to rotate-proof pin of guide vanes. Tighten the nut of draw-in bolt symmetrically, to keep properly strain. After draw-in bolt screwed basically, make use of micrometer to measure parallelism between fore-aft casings less than 0.1 mm.3. Measuring axial shift quantum of the rotor, should answer for drawing requirement.4. Fit bearing and lower shaft tile on front cover and low pressure cover side, and lift the shaft to center position.5. Use special raising tools and the micro dial gauge to inspect ending beat of shaft sleeve, which should meet the final assembly drawings requirement. 6. Assembly rotor part, fix and tight nut. Axial shift quantum of the rotor after installed balance disc should conform to the final assembly drawings requirement. 7. Install fore-aft cover, bearing support and shaft tile at both sides, and survey the top of shaft tile and the both sides gap, in order to answer for stated value of shaft tile quality requirement. 8. Adjust both sides shaft tile center, and then, adjust nut to fasten tightly. 七 故障的分析及处理 BREAKDOWN ANALYSES PROCESSING故障现象原 因消除方法1 水泵运转后不出水,压力表显示压力1进水管中的压力低于规定温度下的汽化压力 2水泵的转向错误。检查并采取措施,提高进水压力。改正转动方向。2 水泵运转时出力及压力不足。1进水管中的压力低于规定温度下的汽化压力2水泵的转向错误。3叶轮流道及进水管的过滤网被堵。4进水管及泵内有空气没有放出。5动、静间隙磨大,超过允许值。6平衡装置的间隙超过规定值。检查并设法消除。检查进水管及泵放净空气,清洗或更换过滤网,解体检查。保证图纸要求值,并修复。3电机过载1水泵流量大于规定值。2泵动、静部分研磨。重新调整,合理暖泵。4泵振动:A振动峰值逐渐增大,永不消失1 暖泵不合理,泵与电机不同心。2 叶轮静平衡超差。3转子动平衡超差。4 泵的动、静部分研磨。5管路给泵有作用力,使泵移位。合理暖泵,找中心。重新找叶轮静平衡。重新找转子动平衡。重新调整设法消除管对泵的作用力。B 振动峰值时大时 小,有时会消失1 泵的动、静间隙过大。2 外界干扰,如管或系统振动。最好解体,缩小动、静间隙。最好消除外界干扰,减小共振的可能。C 联轴器侧轴瓦水平振动偏大。1泵与偶合器,联轴器不同心。2联轴器胶圈尺寸超差3 轴瓦有研磨现象。校验联轴器中心:更换联轴器胶圈。检查轴瓦研磨情况。5平衡机构严重磨损1平衡装置的径向间隙过小。2 泵汽化。放大径向间隙,增大平衡力。避免汽化事故,增加平衡盘、平衡套硬度。调整调整环,改变平衡盘处轴向间隙。6节段等处密封不严。1拉紧螺栓没拧紧。2结合面损坏。3水温温降大。4 “O”型圈老化。停泵,冷却后拧紧;重新处理,研磨;控制除氧器,温降梯度;更换新胶圈。7填料函泄露1轴套和填料磨损过多。2填料安装不当。3转子不平衡引起振动,轴承或密封磨损过多,形成转子偏心。更换填料。必要时更换轴套。故障现象原 因消除方法8轴承工作不正确。1水泵和电机中心没对准。2 轴瓦间隙太小或太大。3 油脏。冷态重新校中心。保证图纸要求换新油9 管路振动1 吸入管路、吐出管路没有加固。2 给水泵空排量少。加固管路改进空排量。10水泵汽化1泵空排量小于允许值。2 主机甩负荷。3入口滤网压差太大或堵塞。增大泵的排空量。除氧器应投压力水位自动调节。除氧器有无备用汽源。增加除氧器标高。除氧器放气门关闭清洗或更换滤网。Breakdown phenomenonReasonThe method of eliminate1. Bearings dont work correctly.Water pump and electric machinery dont concentric;Bearing gaps are too big or too small;Dirty oil.Revise the center after cooling;Ensure the requirement of drawing;Input the fresh oil.9. Pipeline vibratesThe inhale and discharge pipeline dont reinforce;Feed pump specially exhausts little.Reinforce the pump;Improve the spe
