Organizational culture is a system of shared meaning and beliefs held by organizational members that determines, in large degree, how they act.组织文化是组织成员共有的价值和信念体系,这一体系在很大程度上决定了组织成员的行动方式。Our definition of culture implies several things: First, culture is a perception. Second, we tend to describe the organizations culture in similar terms.
