General introduction1、用途电动葫芦门式起重机是根据标准JB/T5663-2011设计制造的，与CD、MD等电动葫芦配套使用，成为一种轻小型的单梁葫芦起重机，主要用于露天堆场上的装卸和搬运物料。起重量为132t，操纵形式分地面操纵和司机室操纵两种，该类型起重机具有结构简单，维修方便，自重轻等优点。1. UsagesGantry crane with electric hoist is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements set in the Standard of JB/T5663-2011 and the crane can be matched with CD，MD and other electric hoist, making the machine a light and small monospar gantry crane, which is mainly used in loading and unloading and hauling supplies and materials in open storage ground with lifting capacity as much as 1-32 t. The crane can be operated in the ground or in the drivers cab and the crane is characterized with simple mechanism, easy maintenance, light dead-weight and other characteristics.2、结构形式电动葫芦门式起重机是由主梁、支腿、上端梁、下端梁组成门架。而门架又分为箱形和和桁架两种形式，分别是由钢板和型钢组焊而成，后者自重轻、风压小、但工艺性不如前者。为便于储存和运输，主梁、支腿、下横梁各部件之间由螺栓连接。2. Type of mechanismIn gantry crane with electric hoist, the crane span mechanism is made up of girder, landing leg, top end rail and lower end rail and the span mechanism falls into box type and truss type, which are installed and welded by steel plate and structural steel. The truss type is characterized with light dead-weight, small wind pressure but lower manufacturability. In order to be convenient for storage and shipment, components of girder, landing leg, and lower end rail are connected by bolts.3、起升机构电动葫芦作为起升机构，并沿主梁运行，其结构见电动葫芦说明书。3. Hoisting mechanismElectric hoist is used as the hoisting mechanism which runs along the gird and whose mechanisms can be seen in Operating Manual of Electric hoist.4、大车运行机构当起重机的起重量和跨度较小，工作又不频繁时，大车运行机构采用LD电动单梁的“三合一”运行机构，反之采用角型轴承箱结构。4. Cart running gearWhen there is smaller lifting capacity and span and infrequent lifting work, “three-in-one” running gear of LD electric mono-spar can be adopted in cart running gear. Otherwise, angle form bearing box mechanism will be adopted.二、安装1、注意事项起重机运到后，在卸车搬运时应防止扭、弯、撞伤等事故，存放时应安置平稳，地面应结实，防止日后下沉至使主梁变形，安装时应组织有关人员认真研究图纸，根据技术要求消除由于运输不当和保管不当所产生的误差和缺陷，特点对金属结构部分的缺陷需校正后才准安装。II. Installation1. The matters that need attentionWhen the crane is delivered to the required site, care should be given to unloading and hauling work so that the parts will not be twisted, bent, crushed and damaged in other accidents. The machine shall be stored in stable place and the ground shall be solid to prevent the ground from sinking and gird from deforming. When the crane needs to be installed, the user shall organize working staff concerned to carefully study the drawings so that the errors and defects caused by improper transportation and storage. Besides, special attention shall be given to the defects in metal mechanism divisions whose defects shall be corrected before installation.2、大车运行机构已经在制造厂配好，并经试验运转，门式起重机大车运行机构随下横梁一起发运，大车运行机构在起重机组装完后应根据下列条件进行安装检查。（1）检查运行机构时，应以主动轮外侧面为基准。（2）每个车轮端面对钢轨的对称垂直面的不平行差L/1000（L为长度）且两主动（或被动）车轮的不平行方向应相反。（如下图） 2. Cart running gear has been tested and experienced test run. The trolley running gear of gantry crane is shipped and delivered together with bottom end rail and after installation of the crane the trolley running gear will be installed and inspected in accordance with the following requirements.(1) When the running gear is inspected, exterior side of the driving wheel shall be used as the benchmark.(2) The error of symmetrical vertical plane between the wheel end face and steel rail shall be equal or less than L/1000 (L is the length) and the mal-alignment directions of the driving wheels (driven wheels) shall be opposite. Installation of the electrical equipmentThe operation of electrical equipment, laying of electrical wires and wiring tubes shall be carried out in accordance with relevant requirements of electrical schematic diagram, distribution diagram, general drawing of electrical engineering and this chapter.Special attention shall be given to the installation quality of electrical equipment which shall be performed by skilful electricians and bench workers, who shall, before the installation, be familiar with the details of the above electrical diagram and technical conditions and know well about the allowable interactions and manipulation mechanism of the electric diagrams so that the problems in the test run can be quickly tackled and settled.三、架 设1、注意事项门吊架设前必须严格根据下列轨道安装技术要求检查安装质量。（1）起重机一般说来属于大型设备之列，其体重多为10-90吨或更重。因此安装架设工作应由专业部门，即安装工程公司负责进行，对厂矿企业中有专业架设工种的必要时也可自行安装架设。（2）起重机架设前必须严格的根据下列轨道安装技术要求（参照图1-1）检查安装质量，并将实际测量的结果记录在“设备档案卡”上。III. Erection 1. The matters that need attentionBefore the erection of the hanging bracket, the following technical requirements of track installation shall be strictly followed to inspect the installation quality.(1) In general, a crane belongs to large scale equipment which weighs between 10 to 90 tons or heavier so its installation and erection shall be performed by professional department, that is, professional installation project company. Mines and other enterprises that have their own installation professional technician can perform the installation and erection by themselves.(2) Before the erection of the hanging bracket, the following technical requirements of track installation (referred to Figure 1-1) shall be strictly followed to inspect the installation quality and the actual results of measurement shall be recorded in “Equipment Archives”.河南省新东方起重集团有限公司 New Oriental crane group co.,LTD of henan province使 用 说 明 书 Operation Instruction共12页13 pages in total第 5 页Page 5电动葫芦门式起重机Gantry crane with electric hoista、轨道的接头可为直头的，也可以按图1-1所示制成45度角的斜接头，斜接头可以使大车轮在接头处平稳的过渡，一般接头的缝隙为1-2毫米，在寒冷地区冬季施工或安装时的气温低于常年使用时的气温，且相差在20以上时，应考虑温度缝隙，一般为4-6毫米，两根轨道的端头（共4处），安装强固的掉轨限制装置（如加焊接档架），防止起重机从两端出轨，造成门式起重机倒塌等严重事故的发生。a. The joint of the track can be straight or can be slanting joint with 45 degree angle made according to Figure 1-1, which will enable the big wheel to shift smoothly at the joint. Generally speaking, the gap at the joint is about 1-2mm. If the crane is intended to be used in cold area in winter or if the temperature at the erection or installation is lower than the average temperature throughout the year and its difference is bigger than 20, temperature gap shall be considered, which is about 4-6 mm. At the ends of two tracks (4 points in total), strong confining equipment shall be installed (for example, to add welding frame) to prevent the wheel falling off both ends of the tracks and causing serious accidents by collapsing of gantry crane.b、接头处两端轨道的横向位移或高低不平的误差均不得大b. After the bolt (rivet) hole is aligned, they will be fastened solidly and then the hoist will be installed next. 图2-1 Figure 2-1图2-2为双桅杆架设方案，葫芦可先置于桁架上捆牢，将桁架平吊到稍高于设计标高，拉起支腿放下桁架，对准螺栓（铆钉）孔后，强固的连接起来。Figure 2-2 is an example of erection scheme of mono-spar, in which the hoist can be first fastened fast on the truss, which is then flatly lifted up to a place higher than the designed elevation where the landing leg will be pulled up and the truss will be laid down. In the same manner, the other landing leg can be erected, which is followed by installation of hoist and control cabin on the bridge shelf. 四、调整与维护为使葫芦门吊正常运行，对于葫芦门吊的各部机构零件，应经常维护和进行正常的调整，具体情况，简介如下：IV. Adjustment and maintenance In order to make the gantry crane run smoothly, frequent maintenance and normal adjustment shall be made in the parts and mechanisms of the gantry crane. The followings are detailed explanation.葫芦门吊的桁架、大车运行机构、葫芦等各项机构，以及减速机、轴承、联轴器、制动器、车轮、轨道、钢丝绳、电气安全开关等零部件都应按照普通桁架吊钩起重机的方法进行调整与维护。Adjustment and maintenance of the parts and mechanisms, including truss, cart running gear, hoist and other mechanisms as well as reduction gears, bearings, coupler, brake, wheel, track, steel wire rope, safety switches of electrical equipment and other parts, shall be performed in accordance with the methods used in common truss crane.河南省新东方起重集团有限公司 New Oriental crane group co.,LTD of henan province使 用 说 明 书 Operation Instruction共12页12 pages in total第 8 页Page 8电动葫芦门式起重机Gantry crane with electric hoist对于大车导电架用电缆卷筒的吊钩门吊，以大车行程中点为原点，向两运行时即放缆，向中间运行时收缆，放缆是靠大车拖动，收缆是靠电动机带动卷筒缠绕，当起重机运行到中点时，通过向开关使电动机停止工作，为了使电缆与大车运行速度协调，利用力矩矩擦盘调节，磨擦盘力矩大小靠调整螺栓调节，电缆本身所受力不宜过大，一般拉力保持在16-18公斤为宜，以免拉断。As far as lifting hook of cart conductive frame with cable drum is concerned, the midpoint of trolley route can be taken as the original point and the cable can be lowered when the trolley runs towards both ends while the cable can be drawn back when it runs towards the midpoint. The cable is lowered by the trolley while cable drawing is realized by winding of coiling block driven by electric motor. When the crane runs to the midpoint, the motor can be stopped by turning on or off the switch. Coordination of the cable and running speed of the trolley can be adjusted by moment grinding disk, whose value can be adjusted by adjusting bolt. The load-carrying on the cable shall not be too big. In general, its pull shall be limited within 16-18 kilos to prevent the cable from being bro
