境外输入新型冠状病毒肺炎排查护士工作体验的质性研究摘 要 目的：斡胄滦凸谧床痉窝着挪楣鞯幕拷行深度访谈，分析其工作体验及心理感受。方法：于2021年1012月采用目的抽样法选取参与境外输入新型冠状病毒肺炎排查工作的一线护士作为访谈对象进行半结构式深度访谈，共有11名护士参与了访谈。结果：访谈结果显示，参与排查工作提升了护士的综合素质和职业认同感，是一种全新的工作体验。应提升沟通技能和操作技能，在采样过程中关注入境人员的心理需求，同时做好感染防控工作。结论：密切关注入境人员的情绪和心理需求，针对认知不足、环境不适所致的不良情绪及时给予心理疏导。关注一线护士的心理状态并采取积极心理干预措施，在评估工作环境和人力资源的基础上，对一线护士进行合理排班，缓解其心理压力。 关键词 境外输入新型冠状病毒肺炎；护士；工作体验 中图分类号：R563.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2022）04-0020-04 基金项目：河南省教育厅第九批重点学科教高（2021119）号；2021年河南省卫生健康委国家中医临床研究基地科研专项课题（2021JDZY059） A qualitative study of the work experience of the nurses participating in imported COVID-19 screening ZHANG Li1， LIU Shu2， YANG Yanming2， ZHONG Yuan2， LIN Zhihong2， YUE Ting1， YANG Lu1， QIN Yuanmei3 （1. School of Nursing， Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Zhengzhou 450052， China） ABSTRACT Objective： To conduct in-depth interviews with nurses participating in COVID-19 screening， and analyze their work experience and psychological feelings. Methods： From October to December in 2021， the purpose sampling method was used to select the first-line nurses who participated in the screening of imported COVID-19 as the interviewees， and a total of 11 nurses participated in the in-depth interview. Results： The results showed that participating in the screening work improved the comprehensive quality and professional identity of nurses， which was a new work experience. Communication skills and operational skills should be improved， the psychological needs of inbound personnel should be paid attention to during the sampling process， and infection prevention and control should be done well. Conclusion： Close attention to the emotional and psychological needs of the inbound personnel should be paid， and psychological counseling for the negative emotions caused by lack of cognition and environmental discomfort should be given timely. Attention to the psychological state of front line nurses should be paid and the positive psychological intervention measures should be taken， and on the basis of assessing the working environment and human resources， the reasonable shifts for the nurses should be made to relieve their psychological pressure.
