型框架、剪力墙结构顶板厚度地下（E7#/E5#楼）180mm、160mm/180mm地上150mm3、早拆模板工艺原理国家标准混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范GB502042011规定，现浇结构的模板及其支架拆除时的混凝土强度应符合设计及规范要求；如板底模、模板跨度2.0m时，混凝土强度达到设计强度的50时方可拆模；跨度在2.0m8.0m时，混凝土强度达到设计强度的75时方可拆模；对于梁，拱壳跨度8.0m时，混凝土强度达到设计强度的75、跨度大于8.0m时，混凝土强度达到设计强度的100时方可拆模。这就说明，结构梁、板跨度的大小，对结构梁、板的内应力大小有直接的影响。为此，如果将梁、板和拱的跨度减小，其结构内应力亦相应减小，则拆模时混凝土强度可以降低，再根据混凝土早期强度增长快的规律，拆模时间可以提前。模板早拆施工技术的基本原理就是在施工阶段把结构跨度人为的划小，降低其内力，使模板能够早拆，而结构的安全度又不受影响，以达到模板早拆应有的经济效益及社会效益。4、施工准备4.1现场及技术准备4.1.1支模前，应按照要求编制专项施工方案，并应经审核批准后方可实施。施工方案的相关要求对施工单位项目部及使用工人进行安全、质量、技术交底、对设计图纸要了解。4.1.2应清除搭设场地内杂物，平整搭设场地，并使排水畅通。4.1.3 应对进入施工现场的钢管支架及构配件进行验收，使用前应对其外观进行检查，并应核验其检验报告以及出厂合格证，严禁使用不合格的产品。4.1.4经验收合格的构配件应按品种、规格分类码放，并标挂数量规格铭牌备用。构配件堆放场地排水应畅通，无积水。4.1.5配齐施工工具，如榔头、钢卷尺、扳手等。4.2施工方案设计说明4.2.1架体结构设计和计算应按下列步骤进行：1）制定架体方案；2）荷载计算及架体验算。架体验算应包括架体杆件稳定性、刚度验算，龙骨的抗弯强度和刚性验算。 3）绘制架体结构整体布置的平面图、立面图、剖面图。模板支架还应绘制支架顶部梁、板模板支架节点构造详图及支撑架与已建结构的拉结或水平支撑构造详图。4.2.2模板支撑架应说明施工流水步骤、混凝土浇筑程序及方法；4.2.3应明确架体主要构、配件及材质要求，编制构、配件用料表及供应计划；4.2.5 应说明架体搭设、适用和拆除方法；4.2.6 应制定保证质量安全的技术措施。4.3材料准备按早拆方案当中的材料计划表（附后）的材料名称、规格、数量，根据施工计划安排进场。5、主要施工方法及措施5.1模板支架搭设与拆除5.1.1模板支架立杆搭设位置应按专项施工方案放线确定，不得任意搭设。5.1.2模板支架水平方向搭设，首先应根据方案设计立杆位置布置，将水平杆插在在立杆的插座上形成基本的架体单元，并以此向外扩展搭设成整体支撑体系。垂直方向应搭完一层以后再搭设次层，以此类推。5.1.3立杆和顶杆应通过立杆连接套管连接，水平杆插入立杆插座后，应采用榔头敲紧，注意两头同时均匀敲击，不能猛敲一头后再敲另一头，保证水平杆与立杆连接可靠。5.1.4每搭完一步支模架后，应及时校正水平杆步距，立杆的纵、横距，立杆的垂直偏差与水平杆的水平偏差。控制立杆的垂直偏差不应大于H/500，且不得大于50mm。5.1.5安放早拆柱头（托架就位）或U托（早拆柱头插销一定要到位，不能一头支撑，另一头空支）；5.1.6安放龙骨并调平到所需标高，5.1.7根据设计方案铺设模板（从一侧向另一侧，或从中间向两侧铺设模板时，柱头板标高随铺设随调平，千万不能模板铺设完后再调标高，柱头板与顶板间不得留有空隙）；5.1.8模板支架搭设应与模板施工相配合，可利用可调U托或早拆头调整底模标高。5.1.9建筑楼板多层连续施工时，应保证上下层支撑立杆在同一轴线上。5.1.10支架搭设完成后混凝土浇筑前应由项目技术负责人组织相关人员进行验收，符合专项施工方案后方可浇筑混凝土。5.1.11模板、钢楞拆除要具备一定条件，一是混凝土强度达到设计强度的50%（同条件试块试压数据）；其次是上一层墙、柱模板（尤其是大模板）已拆除并运走后，才能拆除其模板、钢楞、横杆及保留以外的部件同步拆除并从通风道或外脚手架上到上一层。混凝土厚度较大时，不易做早拆方案时，混凝土强度要求达到75% 以上，梁底和悬挑构件必须达到100%方可拆除。5.1.12 架体拆除时应按施工方案设计的拆除顺序进行。拆除作业必须按先搭后拆，后搭先拆的原则，从顶层开始，逐层向下进行，严禁上下层同时拆除。拆除时的构配件应成捆吊运或人工传递至地面，严禁抛掷。5.1.13要从一侧或一端按顺序轻轻敲击早拆柱头插销，使模板、钢楞降落一定高度，而后可将模板、钢楞及保留以外的杆部件同步拆除并从通风道或外脚手架上运到上一层。5.1.14拆除横杆时，一定要均匀敲击两头，两头同时抬出，不可猛击一头。5.1.15保留的立杆、横杆及早拆柱头，待支撑达到拆模强度时再拆除，拆除后，从楼梯通道隔2层或3层（冬施期间）运到正在支模施工层。5.1.16保留的立杆必须是稳定体。5.1.17 分段、分立面拆除时，应确定分界处的技术处理方案，保证分段后临时结构的稳定。5.1.18拆模强度要求：构件类型构件跨度（m）达到设计强度的百分率（%）板2502，8758100梁8758100悬臂构件1005.1.19现浇钢筋混凝土结构施工安全计算式中：Cx拆模时混凝土强度值（N/mm2），Cx=30×50%=15.0N/mm2 5.2检查与验收5.2.1进入现场的构配件应对管径、构件壁厚等抽样核查，还应进行外观检查，外观质量应符合本规程相关规定.5.2.2模板支架应按以下分阶段进行检查和验收：1）基础完工后及模板支架搭设前；2）超过8m的高支模架搭设至一半高度后；3）达到设计高度后应进行全面的检查和验收；4）遇6级以上大风、大雨、大雪后特殊情况的检查；5）停工超过一个月恢复使用前。5.2.3模板支架应由工程项目技术负责人组织模板支架设计及管理人员进行检查，对模板支架应重点检查以下内容：1）模板支架应按施工方案及本规程相应的基本构造要求搭设；2）可调U托及及早拆头伸出水平杆的悬臂长度必须符合设计限定要求；3）横杆插入立杆插座应敲紧；4）立杆基础应符合要求，立杆与基础间有无松动或悬空现象。5.2.4搭设的施工记录和质量检查记录应及时、齐全。5.3支撑体系的选择及模板配置根据本工程楼层特点顶板支撑体系使用承插式早拆体系，顶板采用15mm厚的多层板，主次龙骨采用方钢管。按照早拆原理对顶板支撑所需材料数量的配置为满配一层，即满配一层横杆、立杆、早拆头、油托、主次龙骨和模板，地下层高分别为3.000 m、3.350m标准层高2.700m，顶板厚度分别为：180mm、160mm、150mm，支撑净空分别为：2.820m、3.080m、3.100m、2.550m，因此支撑竖向由一根2100mm立杆（净空2.820m、3.080m、3.100m需分别加600mm、300mm、300mm）加上一个400mm的早拆柱头(可调范围350550mm之间)或600mmU型托架即能满足支撑高度要求。一个根据平面尺寸布置，支撑立杆间距一般取标准1400mm、1000mm，其它尺寸作为补充：1200mm、700mm、500mm。具体材料用量见房间布置图和材料配置表。表示为先拆立柱和U托或早拆托架。 表示为后拆立柱和早拆柱头。5.4安全管理与维护5.4.1工人须经三级安全教育，考试合格后方可上岗。5.4.2支架搭设作业人员必须正确戴安全帽、系安全带、穿防滑鞋。5.4.3.应控制模板支架混凝土浇筑作业层上的施工荷载，集中堆载不应超过设计值。5.4.4混凝土浇筑过程中，应派专人观测模板支架的工作状态，发生异常时观测人员应及时报告施工负责人，情况紧急时应迅速撤离施工人员，并应进行相应加固处理。5.4.5模板支架使用期间，严禁擅自拆除架体结构杆件，如需拆除必须报请工程项目技术负责人以及总监理工程师同意，确定防控措施后方可实施。5.4.6严禁在模板支架及脚手架基础及邻近处进行挖掘作业。5.4.7模板支架及脚手架应与架空输线电路保持安全距离，工地临时用电线路架设及脚手架接地防雷击措施等应按现行行业标准施工现场临时用电安全技术规程JGJ46的有关规定执行。5.4.8装拆模板，必须有稳固的登高设备。高度超过2米时，必须搭设脚手架。安装梁模板及梁、柱接头模板的支撑架或操作平台必须支搭牢固。5.4.9模板的预留孔洞、电梯井口等处，应加设防护网，防止人员或物体坠落。5.4.10在脚手架或操作台上堆放模板时，应按规定码放平稳，防止脱落并不得超载。操作工具及模板连接件要随手放入工具袋内，严禁放在脚手架或操作台上。5.4.11支模必须按照工序进行，模板没有固定前，不得进行下道工序。禁止利用拉杆、支撑攀登上下。5.4.12浇筑砼时，应设专人看护模板，如发现模板倾斜、位移、局部鼓胀时，应及时采取紧固措施，方可继续施工。5.4.13模板拆除后，禁止在楼板上集中堆放材料，材料应分散放置。5.4.14顶板拆模时，应逐块拆卸。拆下的模板，严禁向下抛掷。如有间歇，亦应将已拆下的模板的配件及时运走，防止坠落伤人。5.4.15施工中严禁吸烟，严禁酒后作业，不许在支撑体系上追逐打闹。5.4.16顶板模板支撑的立杆和拉杆以及主次龙骨的布置必须严格符合方案要求，严禁少支、漏支。5.4.17不要用力过猛，拆下来的材料要及时运走，整理拆下后的模板及时启出钉子并清理干净，按规格分类堆放整齐。6、计算书东郊农场保障房E地块项E5、E7#住宅楼，选择最大板厚180mm进行计算，次龙骨采用50×70×1.8的钢木龙骨，中心间距250mm；主龙骨采用50×70×3方钢管；竖向支撑采用承插式早拆架；立柱最大间距1000×1400mm。验算次龙骨、主龙骨的强度、刚度及立柱稳定性验算是否满足要求？1、材料和力学性能
