When the teachers respect the students can the students listen to the teachers, thus the students will respect the teacher for their hearts. 我在实习期间学到的阅历是很珍贵的，第一件事让我印象深刻的就是敬重同学。对于老师来说，他们比同学年长，理所当然同学要敬重他们，但是有时候老师遗忘了要去敬重同学。只有当老师敬重同学才能让同学听老师的话，这样同学才会从心底上敬重老师。 The second thing I learn from my internship is to teach the student according to their lever.
