(2)shallapplyseparatelytoeachclaimarisingoutofsuch“occurrenceand(3)shallincludeallSupplementaryPaymentofpolicyYourbankruptcy，insolvencyorinabilitytopaytheRetentionAmountshahnotincreaseOurObli。gaffonunderthispolicy2WeshallhavetherightbutnotthedutytoparticipatewithyouatourownexpenseinthcdefenseofsettlementotanyclanorsuitseekingdamagescoveredunderthispolicyhitheevefitofaclaimorsuitwhichinourreasonableJudgmentmayresultinpayments，includingsupplementarypayments，inanamountinexcessoftheretentionamount，wemayassumecontrolofthedefenseorsuchclaimofsuitYouwillcontinuetoberesponsibleforthepaymentoftheretentionamount3intheeventthereisanyotherinsurance，whetherornotcollectible，applicabletoan“occurrenceclaimorsuitwithintheretentionamount，youwillcontinuetoberesponsiblefbrthefullretentionamOunlbeforethelimitsofinsuranceunderthispolicyapply03LossAdjusterClause-GABRobinsNorthAmerica，heItisherebydeclaredandagreedthatth。qualifiedinternationallossadjusterGABRobinsNorthAmericaTncwouldbeappointedtoinvestigateandadjusttheloss，thecurrentcontactinformationasbelowGABRobinsNorthAmerica，IncOneOakHillCenterSuite201Westmont，IL60559USAgielggabrobinscornTel6302032410Ext468Fax630655552IPICCPROPERTYANDCASUALTYCOMPANYLIMITEDPage80f1404.30DaysCancellationClauseNotwithstandinganythingtothecontrarycontainedintheTermsandconditionsofthispolicy，thisinsurancemayatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheCompanyon30daysnoticetothateffectbeinggiventotheinsured(ascircumstancesmayallow)inwhichcasetheCompanyshallbeliabletorepayondemandaratableproportionofthepremiumfortheunexpiredtermfromthedateofthecancellation.ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms，conditionsandexceptionsofthisPolicy.05BatchClauseItisagreedthatalldamagesarisingoutofonelotofgoodsorproducts，preparedoracquiredbythenamedinsured，orbyanothertradingunderhisname，shallbeconsideredasarisingoutofoneoccurrenceorresultingfromasingleincident,onelotofgoodsorproductsshallbeinterpretedtoincludea1lgoodsorproductssubjecttosubstantiallythesameerrorordefect.06.Warrantedthata11theinsuredproductsareinfullcompliancetorelatedmandatory&orvoluntarysafetystandards&orotherapplicableregulationswheretheproductsaredistributedto07AdditionalInsuredClause-VendorsDesignatedFormNameofPersonorOrganization(Vendor)：Anyvendorisaninsured，butonlywithrespecttobodilyinjuryorpropertydamagearisingoutofthedistributionorsaleofyourproductsintheregularcourseofthatvendorsbusiness.l.Theinsurancewithrespecttothevendordoesnotapplyto：(a)anyexpresswarrantyunauthorizedbythenameinsured；(b)bodilyinjuryorpropertydamagearisingoutof(i)anyphysicalorchemicalchangeintheformoftheproductmadeintentionallybythevendor,(ii)repacking，unlessunpackedsolelyforthepurposeofinspection，demonstration，testingorthesubstitutionofpartsunderinstructionfromthemanufacturerandthenrepackedintheoriginalcontainer,(iii)demonstration，installation，servicingorrepairoperations，exceptsuchoperationsperformedatthevendorspremisesinconnectionwiththesaleoftheproduct,(iv)anyfailuretomakesuchinspection，adjustments，testsorservicingasthevendorhasagreedtomakeofnormallyundertakestomadeintheusualcourseofbusiness，inconnectionwiththedistributionorsaleoftheproducts；(v)productswhichafterdistributionorsalebytheNamedInsuredhavebeenlabeledorrelabeledorusedasacontainer，partoringredientofanyotherthingorsubstancebyorforthevendor.2Theinsurancedoesnotapplytoanypersonororganization，asinsured，fromwhomtheNamedInsuredhasacquiredsuchproductsoranyingredient，partorcontainer，enteringinto，accompanyingorcontainingsuchproducts.Allothertermsandconditionsremainunchanged.08.Amymisrepresentationbytheproposedinsured,includingunder-declarationofactualsalesmaybeappliedascauseforpolicycontractrescissionorcancellation
