Close your eyes. Now lift your shouldersup and then let them fall. Breathe in, filling your lungs with air. Now let your breath out very slowly. Imagine you areon a beach. See the sand, the trees and the water. Feel the soft sand below you. Let your feet sink into the sand. Lookat the gentle waves in the water. The waves are coming in. And going out. Youre breathing slowly and calmly, likethe waves. Feel the warm sun on your skin. Oh, you feel good. Youre relaxed. Youre well and happy. Now, seeyourself slowly leaving the beach. Your body is warm and relaxed. You come back to your daily life with new energyand joy. And now, slowly, open your eyes.
