中国地质大学长城学院 本科毕业设计外文资料翻译2015 年 4 月 1 日切管机金属切管机是一种主要用于车辆，工业或建材生产中的下料工作的机器。工作对象主要为各种型号各种材料的管材。此次的设计主要是针对车辆用金属管材进行加工的切管机，完成的工作主要是切管机中滚子，机体和减速箱部分的设计。包括传动装置的设计和计算，其中有电动机的选择，传动方案的拟订，各轴的转速，功率和转矩的计算。总体结构的设计，其中有各轴尺寸的设计，各主要传动件的结构尺寸的设计。并且针对以上的设计计算进行了详细的校核。最后通过得到的数据，绘制了总体装配图，减速机和滚子部分的装配图。然后又针对各主要基本件，绘制了多张零件图。此次设计所完成的产品主要用于车用通风，通水管。本产品在生产中应用可以提高产品质量和经济效益，降低劳动强度。数控机床的网络化将极大地满足柔性生产线、柔性制造系统、制造企业对信息集成的需求，也是实现新的制造模式，如敏捷制造（ Agile Manufacturing， AM）、虚拟企业（Virtual Enterprise，VE）、全球制造（Global Manufacturing， GM）的基础单元。目前先进的数控系统为用户提供了强大的联网能力，除了具有RS232C 接口外，还带有远程缓冲功能的 DNC 接口，可以实现多台数控机床间的数据通信和直接对多台数控机床进行控制。有的已配备与工业局域网通信的功能以及网络接口，促进了系统集成化和信息综合化，使远程在线编程、远程仿真、远程操作、远程监控及远程故障诊断成为可能。AbstractMental pipe cutting machine is the one mainly be used in the production of cars, industry and some work of putting materials. The work need to be finished is the design of body of the machine and the roll of it. It includes the design and calculate of the slowing speed box,. The choose of the electromotor, the design of the gearing, the rev, the measure design of the main deliver parts. Than do the emandation work. After all ,get the data and drawing the engineering picture. It includes one final assembling picture, two assembling pictures of each parts, some small pictures of the important accessary.The design work we do this time is to the purpose of be used at the place of fanning pipe and draining pipe. This product also can be used at the situation of enhancing the efficiency of production. Make the working effection upon and low down the labor force.Network of NC machine tool will greatly satisfy the flexible production line,flexible manufacturing systems, manufacturing enterprise information integration on the demand, but also the realization of new manufacturing mode, such as agile manufacturing(Agile, Manufacturing, AM),virtuallenterprise (Virtual Enterprise,VE), the global manufacturing (GlobalManufacturing, GM) of the base unit. The advanced CNC system provides a powerful networking capabilities for the user, but also has a RS232C interface, interface with remote buffer function of the DNC, can realize the data communication between multiple CNC machine tools anddirect control ofmultipleCNCmachinetools. Somehavebeen equippedwith industriallocalareanetwork communicationfunction andnetworkinterface, promotethesystemintegrationand information integration, theremote onlineprogramming, remotesimulation, remoteoperation, remotemonitoring and remote fault diagnosis possible.
