Spending much more time in learningit enables me to view popular English TV shows or read someEnglish periodicals and classics . That spurs me to knowmore about something western , like lifestyles or thinkingpatterns ,by which , my knowledge reserves and horizonnaturally are expanded . English study also is anadvantageous skill for career development .With theencrease in cost of filling the vacant positions ,manyforeign employers are more willing to hire a technicaltalent mastering English rather than spend more money onhiring a technical talent and an English one . LearningEnglish Clearly gives a great advantage of getting a job.More important , Learning English is joyful because theinner satisfaction it gives .I felt excited and fulfilledwhen I figured out the beauty of a word or true intentionof the author .Two weeks ago ,I was asked to finish anEnglish writing about an emotion .I did not do well in thefirst two times , although I employed all my energies init .When my teacher reminded me to pay attention to oneword “emotion ”, I leaped to a conclusion that I justnarrated an event rather than described an emotion . Ifinally did an excellent revised manuscript. Failure and suess just like a teacher and student.It is the large number of failure to guide us to suess stepby step.Failure teaches us too much. First of all, failure makeus see ourselves clearly. No one in the world is the wizardalmighty, and we are all just good at some aspects. Failurelet us know our own strengths and weaknesses, and enable usto find what is the most suitable for our own direction.Only concentrate investment can create a good self.Secondly, failure gives us a deeper view of things. Thereare always causes for failure, both subjective andobjective.After analysis subjective factors, we should seriouslythink about the objective factors that caused the failure,so that makes us see things more prehensive. This in itselfis a process of learning. Thirdly, failure make us havesense of shame and then courage. After each failure we arevery painful, but also makes us more eager to sueed. Wewill turn grief into strength to meet the challenge again.Finally, failure makes us humility. Humility has alwaysbeen the core of human nature. With it we can close in witheach other. As Nelson Mandela said, “Great peacemakers areall people of integrity, of honesty, but humility.”As the saying goes the best things are difficult. Toachieve good results, certainly will not happen overnight,and definitely need to go stepby step.
