In great pain ,I didnt know what to do because I didnt get anything ready for a burn . So I called Alice , who is one of my closest friends . She came running with a first aid kit . First ,she placed my burns under running water . Next ,she put the cold wet cloth on my burned areas , and finally tied the bandage nearly around my wrist . She offered to stay with me until I felt much better . This experience teaches me a lesson that its always right and wise to keep a kit at home in case there is an emergency in the future and prepare oneself with a good knowledge of first aid .
