    七年级英语(上册)Unit7How much are these socks? 教学设计The first period 李文涛一教材分析 本节课是第七单元的第一课时,学生在前一单元初步学习完有关食物的英语知识之后,进一步地在本单元学习有关服饰的知识。而本课时是第一课时,所授的知识点应该浅显易懂,不应该太难。本课时围绕着几个关于服饰的词汇和两个询问价钱的句型展开。词汇首当其冲,在学习词汇之后,句型的教授也应该把握重点,本课时的主要句型是How much is Its dollars. How much are They are dollars 词汇的重点是要区分单复数,还有dollar的用法。二.Teaching aims:1.Knowledge :Words:dollar, sweater, shirt, T-shirt , skirt , jacket , bag , shorts, pants , shoes, socksSentence:How much is the ? Its dollar . How much are ? Theyre dollars .2.Ability:学会询问价格,掌握与我们日常生活有关的单词和句型,提高学生听、说、读、写和综合运用英语的能力。3.Value:培养学生勤俭节约的好习惯,能够合理支配自己的零花钱。三.Difficult points: 学习运用重点句型:How much is the ? Its dollar . How much are ? Theyre dollars .四教学方法:直观教学法,情景教学法,交际教学法。五教学手段: 互动,主动,能动。六教具:实物,多媒体。七Teaching procedures: Step 1 Warming up1. Greeting.2. Enjoy an English song ( Ten Little Indian Boys).3. Review the numbers 010.Step2.Presentation1. Use the multimedia to show some pictures about money, and let the students guess and learn how to say. T: Do you like shopping ? Ss: Yes. T : What do we need to buy things? Ss: Money. T : (教学与money有关的知识,注意dollars与yuan的表达区别).2. Show a picture of a clothes shop. T : There are many clothes in the shop . Are they beautiful ? Do you know the names of the clothes ? Ss : ( Show a picture of a sweater.) T: Look! Whats this ? Ss : Its a sweater. ( Help the students answer.) T : What color is it ? Ss : Its red.3.In the same way , teach the new words : shirt , T-shirt , skirt .4. Show a picture of a pair of shorts . T : What are these ? Ss : They are shorts .( Help them answer )1. Teach the new words : socks ,shoes in the same way.2. Read the new words . The teacher corrects the pronunciation.Step 3. Practice 1. Let the students read and write the words by themselves. Then ask several students to read the words.2. Open the books. Finish 1a on Page41.Step 4. Consolidation Learn to how to ask about the prices. (Use the multimedia to show the pictures of clothes and their prices.)(1) T: How much is this sweater/shirt ? (Show a sweater and a shirt and their prices.)Ss: Its nine/five dollars. ( Help the students answer.)(2) T : How much are these shorts /socks? ( Show pictures of shorts and socks.)Ss : They are seven/two dollars.Step 5 .Ask and answerStudents ask and answer for the other clothes in the pictures. The boys ask and the girls answer,and then change. Guess the price. (设计一组商品,给出商品价格区(如帽子$1-5 ),把学生分为四个小组,先让A组同学闭上眼睛趴在桌上,其他组的同学看大屏幕上的物品及价格(时间很短),然后齐问A组同学: “How much is the hat ?” , A组的同学可以猜三次,价格猜高了其他组的同学会提示Please low low low并辅以手势往下压价,猜低了就提示Please high high high,猜对了就竖起大拇指说Great, great, great. You are great。各个小组依次交换角色进行。Step 6. Listening 1b. Look at the words in Part 1a. Listen to the tape and circle the words of the clothes you hear. Check the answer, and then read the tapescript. Do Pairwork Ask the students to work in pairs and practice the conversations about asking the prices of the clothes or other things.( Using objects) S1: How much is your T-shirt/skirt/pen? S2: Its dollars. S2: How much are your shoes/books? S1: Theyre dollars.Step7.Make a survey Make a survey about the prices of the students clothes. Fill in the chart. Then ask several students to show their results. Name Clothes Color Price Step8.Summary and Homework: T: In this class, we have learned the words about the clothes and how to talk about prices. After class , you should read and remember by yourselves. Please remember the sentence “ Its difficult to make money . We should save money.”Homework:1. Ask the students to do more practice as required in 1c on P41.2. Ask students to remember the new words.八Teaching Design Unit7 How much are these pants ?询问价格: New words1.
