工程概况东方站位于武汉市东西湖区，金南一路与金山大道交汇处，为四号线二期工程与三号线换乘站。四号线车站沿金南一路南北方向布置于道路下方，三号线车站沿金山大道东西方向布置于道路下方。工程范围为四号线东方马城站，三号线东方马城站和站前单渡线段。其中，四号线车站为地下三层，三号线东方马城站为地下双层。车站共设12个出入口、8组风井，预留8组商业预留口，方便周边物业与车站的对接。车站结构位置如下列图1所示。图1 车站结构位置示意图四号线东方马城站车站为地下三层，工程有效站台中心里程为右CK5+947.438，车站有效站台右线中心轨顶高程为0.740m。长度为238m，站台宽度为15m，车站宽度为22.3m。三号线东方马城站为地下双层，有效站台中心里程为右AK9+976.000，车站有效站台右线中心轨顶高程为9.659m。长度为223.9m,侧式车站，侧站台宽度为4.0m，有效站台范围车站宽度为35.4m；渡线段长度为256m，宽度为19.532.9m。车站主体结构在有效站台中心位置顶板覆土厚度为4m，由于金南一路在金山大道路口西侧为上坡路，顶板覆土厚度达7.2m。基坑开挖深度为10.829.45m。东方马城m左右，局部到达29.45m。由于基坑开挖深度很深，周边地下管线密集，道路交通繁忙，其基坑变形保护等级为一级。采用厚度为1000mm的地下连续墙围护结构。三号线车站为地下双层，基坑开挖深度为17.8m左右，周边地下管线密集，道路交通繁忙，其基坑变形保护等级为一级。采用10001400灌注桩围护结构。本工程位于城市商业繁华区，规划红线范围外侧商场店铺林立，地下管线错综复杂,站址范围内及周边地下管线有给排水、电力、电信、燃气等种类繁多，纵横交错，埋深在地表下0.5m2.7m不等。合同总工期整体安排为2021年10月1日开工，于2021年6月30日竣工，共33个月。2 管线保护目标工程施工全过程中无地下管线责任事故发生。3 地下管线处理程序本工程施工区域内原有地下管线的处理程序如图2。图2 地下管线处理程序4 地下管线现状东方马城站位于武汉市主干道金山大道及金南一路的交叉路口处，两条线的车站同期实施，主要采用明挖顺作法施工，地铁三号线车站沿金山大道方向布置，地铁四号线车站沿金南一路方向布置，车站主体结构均布设在道路红线以内，车站施工对现状道路下的管线有很大影响，其主要管线详见表1。表1 方案概述综合考虑地下管线的改移断面尺寸、埋深及施工进度的因素，东方马城站范围内地下管线改移方案如下：1、排水管线全部废弃，在车站施工围挡外设置排水箱涵聚集区域内所有雨水及污水，箱涵上部可埋设其他管线。排水箱涵以金山大道为界东西两侧设置两路，两路均为自北向南流向，一路在车站西端头横穿金南一路最后在车站南端头与原有1400×1400箱涵对接，一路在车站东端头横穿金南一路最后在车站南端头与原有1400×1400箱涵对接。考虑后期工程施工需要，在施工区内设置排水系统，施工区施工废水及雨水最后都将聚集于排水箱涵。在通过交通倒改区域时采用1200砼管连接，顶管法施工。2、车站南北向军缆在车站沿西侧设置，军用光缆考虑到其重要性与普通通讯光缆分开布设，横穿段采用顶管法绕开车辆通过区域。3、车站在金南一路方向南侧设置燃气管，绕开车站结构施工区域，全段采用明挖法施工。4、其余沿金南一路和金山大道两侧分别设置地下管线，根据原有线路包括电力线、信息网络、自来水、电信等同沟设置于排水箱涵上方，改移管沟断面尺寸根据具体管线数量设置，深度均为2.0米，地下管线改移方案详见?东方马城站地下管线改移及保护示意图?。5.2 管线保护及改移方案东方马城站地下管线改移和保护分段进行，根据现有施工条件分段开挖，分段进行箱涵及预埋管的埋设工作。由于周边建筑物与基坑距离较小，车站地下管线利用建筑物与结构边线之间空间进行改移，由于局部管线预留工作井、检查井等，断面冲突部位根据现场条件错开留设。改移后地下管线仍在车站深基坑开挖影响范围内，同时承受上部荷载压力和较大的侧向压力，为了确保施工平安，施工过程中均需采取必要的保护措施，防止造成不必要的损失和危害。根据车站深基坑周边地下管线空间位置和施工顺序的关系，有针对性的对地下管线进行保护。当管沟内承压管外侧与导墙距离小于3.0米时，施工时需加深导墙深度，保证导墙底部在管线底标高以下至少1.0米。导墙沟槽开挖时及时喷护，同时严格控制土钉和网喷支护质量，防止先行改移的地下管线的位移或损坏。当管沟内承压管外侧与导墙距离大于3.0米时，地下管线可不作专项保护，但导墙沟槽开挖时按设计图纸要求及时喷护，同时严格控制土钉和网喷支护质量，防止先行改移的地下管线的位移或损坏。5.2.1 卧龙丽景湾东侧管线布设方案卧龙丽景湾临金山大道侧区域改移地下管线主要有电力管群、信息网络管群及600自来水管，由于自来水管承压，对基坑变形要求较高，因此在此区段内自来水管线埋设在箱涵内侧，军用光缆、电力管群、电信管群及信息网络管群在箱涵上部依次布设，具体详见图3所示。管线上部沟槽外延1.0米路面布置14200的钢筋网片，采用25cm厚C30混凝土硬化。网片钢筋与导墙或路面硬化钢筋网连接，加强基坑外侧路面的整体性。图3 1-1剖面图3车站南端头受加固区的影响，水务局宿舍与捷达出租车公司段地下管线较多，且施工断面较小，在施工围挡下方进行地下管线的改移，地下管线改移时撤除施工围挡，进行地下沟槽的开挖工作，施工难度大；考虑端头加固时对地下管线的影响较大，管线保护要求高；且受周边人行道路的通行条件制约，工期要求紧。根据以上施工条件，此段地下管线改移及保护采用1200管涵过渡，及时采用24cm厚C30混凝土进行路面硬化，尽快恢复人行道交通能力，然后直接在管涵中进行其他管线的埋设工作，具体布置详见图4所示。图4由于横穿腰路堤路设置，在转角部位局部管线为了设置检查井和工作井，管线间不得重叠设置；同时考虑燃气管不得设置在其他管线下方，施工时将管沟加宽至3.0米，此段地下管线改移及保护详见图5所示。图5施工围挡边缘地下管线改移，受排水线路坡度的影响，排水管道小坡度调整，开挖深度较大，此段地下管线改移及保护详见图6所示。图65.3 管线改移施工步骤5.4 管线保护措施5.4.1 地下管线施工监测地下管线监测主要采用观察和仪器监测的方法。电力、电信、通信、交通控制等管线受沉降影响不大，在不出现很大沉降或位移的情况下，管线一般不会被破坏，因此可采用观察路面的方法进行监测。针对沉降变形比拟敏感的燃气管道和自来水、排污管道，应在管道接头和中部位置设置沉降监测点，安装形式详见图7、图8所示。图4 图7 抱箍式埋设示意图图5 图8 模拟式埋设示意图同时根据权属单位要求设置变形限值，定期对管道变形进行监视测量，如果变形速率过快或累计变形量超限，均应及时处理。燃气泄露通常伴有气味、声音、管道压力表变化等现象，观测时注意这些常见现象是有效的监测手段。管线变形较大的时候可采用燃气检测仪表进行密切监测。自来水管监测可参考输气管道。由于自来水承压较大，一旦泄露容易造成土体崩塌，通过观察土体渗漏水、软化、滑动等现象能够较早发现问题。污水管渗漏也容易造成土方崩塌，危害性较自来水较小，观测方法可参照自来水管道。5.4.2 地下管线变形处理1燃气管道燃气管道一旦变形过大，会造成破损或接头脱落，燃气泄露。发现泄露后应立即切断附近施工用电、用火，现场进行紧急处理，再通知相关部门进行维修。管道造成破损的，可先采用管箍或管卡进行包裹处理，街头脱落的可将接头回复原位，在管口缠上密封胶带。处理后应查明管道破损或接头脱落的原因，排除危害物，再进行管道复位。施工过程中应防止管道弯曲过大，管道恢复后对管道四周根底进行加固，防止再次移位。2自来水管道自来水管道破损可使用快速接头处理。自来水管道在管道错动较大时，容易出现接头漏水，可将管道调直后，有快干水泥封堵接头部位，直到无水渗出再进行处理。拐弯处还需要重新制作支墩固定。3污水管污水管处理可参照自来水，接头部位也可采用注入聚氨酯堵漏。4电力管线电力电缆发生泄露时应立即疏散附近人员，在平安距离外设置好警示装置，禁止靠近，并联系供电部门切断电源后进行维修。5其他管线其他管线发现损坏时应保护好现场，防止人员靠近，同时联系相关部门进行维修。平安。5.4.3
