    试题下载 全国海船船员11新规则考试(轮机部(轮机英语)轮机业务书写:修理单1.在修理前后,尾轴和尾轴管之间的间隙需测量,记录一式三份交给轮机长。2.螺旋桨需拆卸。中间轴和轴承需拆开。尾轴拉出检查修理。在完工时,所有拆卸部件重新装妥。3.尾轴需清洁、测量并作磁性探伤。尾轴前后端铜套需光车。4.4只海底阀箱和格板需打开、清洁、敲铲并涂以3层防腐漆(防腐漆由船东供应)。阀箱锌板换新。在轮机长检查后,格板用新的铜螺母重新装复。5.海底阀和出海阀需拆开、清洁、磨合,必要时光车。阀体内部涂2度防腐漆。6.修理前后各测取拐档差1次。记录一式三份交轮机长。7.1号气缸敲缸需检查,如发现有任何损坏部件需修理或换新。8.2号气缸盖送车间并解体。冷却水空间用药剂清洁并进行60 N/c液压试验。填料和橡皮环用船上备件换新。9.2号气缸需吊缸。活塞环用船上备件换新;环槽需测量,如发现严重磨损,需堆焊,退火后,车至标准尺寸。10.2只填料箱需解体并清洁。密封环需调整,如必要,需换新。间隙调整并记录。11.2只喷油阀、2只启动空气阀和2只释放阀需拆下并解体,所有部件仔细检查,阀需磨合,然后重新组装并进行试验。12.4号缸套下半部在扫气口部位发现裂缝需用金属扣合法修补。13.十字头轴承轴瓦发现磨损需浇铅。间隙用压铅丝方法重新调整。14.十字头销发现圆度超过0. 10 mm,需光车、镀铬,并抛光至镜面度。15.主机2只安全阀需拆下并解体、清洁、磨合。释放压力调整至700 N/c开启。然后,安全阀需在轮机长和验船师在场的情况下进行封闭。16.推力轴承的间隙需检查,如果必要,则重新调整。记录一式三份交给轮机长。17.3道主轴承的上半轴瓦需拆开检查,测取桥规读数,下轴瓦拆开检查,如发现磨损,需重新浇铅。间隙用压铅丝方法重新调整,再测取桥规读数。18.辅锅炉水面用药剂清洁,所有污垢和沉淀需清除。锅炉用淡水冲洗,然后用船方新垫床封好。19.锅炉火面需刮铲,清刷并彻底清洁。所有污物和积碳需清除。炉门和手孔更换新的垫床。20.3台电动机需拆卸并送车间修理。所有绕组需彻底清洁并烘干,涂1层绝缘漆。电动机需进行绝缘试验并做记录。所有轴承清洁并加油脂。如发现有损坏的轴承用船东备件换新。电动机需重新组装并试验达到轮机员满意,然后送回船上,安装至原位,对中,在船上再试验。21.副机的所有气缸盖、活塞、1个缸套、连杆、活塞销及轴瓦、轴承全部拆卸彻底清洁。测量活塞直径、轴承厚度,并做记录。缸盖上各种阀拆检磨合,喷油阀试验。损坏的零件修理或修新。装配新活塞环。所有工作部件彻底清洁,涂油、组装并调整到适当工况。进、排气阀在热机时调整。(备件由船方供应)22.主机调速器需解体检修,如发现任何损坏的部件应换新,所有部件由厂方提供。23.涡轮增压器需解体,叶片需平顺,轴线对中并进行动平衡试验,然后重新装妥。24.2只气缸盖送车间并解体。冷却水空间用药剂清洁并进行60 N/c液压试验。填料和橡皮圈用船上备件换新。25.主机所有的气阀间隙、喷油定时、换气定时及拐挡差等在出坞前后需测量。26.2号冰机冷凝器的1个盖板发现漏泄,需要焊补或换新,盖板需铲刮并上2层漆,锌块需换新,修后需对系统放气并检查冷剂的漏泄。冷却水量调节阀需检修,冷却系统试验至轮机长满意为止。27.发现主机3号缸缸盖在进气阀座附近有约3 cm的裂纹,需要用金属扣合法修补,补后需做4 kgf/c的水压试验。28.3号发电柴油机需要用压铅丝法检查各缸连杆大端的轴承间隙,如有必要需用厂方备件更换连杆螺栓。连杆上紧力应采用扭力扳手紧至设计值。29.水柜需要除锈,用钢丝刷刷净,上2层漆,并进行7 kgf/c的水压试验。水柜上的补空气阀需换新。30.发现螺旋桨轴线与主机曲轴不对中,需测量并对中。如有必要需调节中间轴承位置,调整后的误差值不得超过允许值范围。31.主机5号缸活塞发现磨损过度,需要堆焊,焊后磨光,活塞环槽车至原始尺寸,需测量椭圆度及圆锥度。32.空压机阀片需要按图新做5只作为备件。冷却水腔需用化学药剂清洁,然后进行10 kgf/ c的水压试验。缸头垫片需要换新。油箱漏泄需检查,如发现油箱有裂纹需拆出修补。33.主机2号燃油循环泵轴封漏泄,需拆出,查找原因。如有必要需进行电机与泵的对中,换新机械轴封,安全阀设定值需要重新调整。34.空调挡水板需要换新,如发现风机轴封有卡紧现象,需要将轴承换新及加牛油。重新调整张力,并固定好地脚螺栓,按规定进行试验。35.主机5号缸曲柄销径需测量,曲柄销轴承下瓦需换新。轴瓦换新后,需采用压铅丝法测取轴承间隙,连杆大端螺栓用扭力扳手上紧至规定值,然后盘车检查。36.2号滑油分油机需拆开,发现立轴的齿轮已过分磨损,立轴需按附图新做。制动器摩擦片已损坏,需换新。分离筒相对于立轴的高度需重新调整。装复后试验运转,工作电流必须低于额定值。37.主机8号缸缸套需镀铬,并按要求镗孔。冷却水空间需用化学方法清洁,然后进行高达10 kgf/c的水压试验,进排气阀需研磨,活塞环如发现磨损过度则需换新,缸头与缸套接合面处的垫片需热处理、退火、重新装回,使用液压拉伸器上紧贯穿螺母,压力达850 kgf/c。38.辅助锅炉水空间需采用化学方法除去水垢,加热管外的结炭刮去或用钢丝刷刷净,如发现有烧坏的管子需换新,并测量管间间距,用磁力探伤法检查管板裂纹,安全释放阀需验船师及轮机长在场的情况下调至设定值。39.主机涡轮增压器需拆开、清洁及检查,涡轮增压器的喷嘴环用船上备件换新,如有必要密封环用船厂备件换新,可能的话应对转子进行动平衡试验,3个冲洗用的转角阀需换新。40.舵机实际舵角与指示舵角误差大于2°,需要检查液压系统、追随机构和反馈系统,找出原因并纠正。溢流阀发现漏泄需检修,可能的话用船厂备件换新。溢流阀起升压力值需验船师在场时重新调整。修理后,需与驾驶台对舵。41.发现靠近尾轴的2号中间轴承在运行中温度过高,且有漏油现象,需打开检查;若轴瓦表面不平需要刮拂,必要时可换新;油封填料需换新,冷却水空间需打开、清洁并检查。42.舵机的2台斜盘式轴向变量泵需拆开检修。需要检查柱塞与缸套的磨损以及检查控制杆与倾斜盘的连接情况,2只轴承需换新。泵与电机的联轴节需检修。2号舵机的电机地脚螺栓需要重新调整及固定。43.主机1号淡水冷却器的淡水侧需用化学方法清洁,管子用钢丝刷刷净;锌块需换新,端板铲削后上漆,压力试验后重新装妥。44.发现蒸汽冷凝器的蒸汽侧进海水,需要从管路上卸下冷凝器,然后打开端盖检查,如发现管子漏泄需将管子换新。若管板漏泄则需焊补,海水侧锌块需换新,所有垫片换新,管板及端盖需铲削,端盖上漆。45.主机3号缸套发现在注油孔处有长约12 cm的裂纹,需要吊出换新,换新缸套前需要对冷却水腔进行彻底清洁;若有必要进行刮铲,装回新缸套后,需测取新缸套轴向长度2个位置及相应周向8个位置的缸径读数,然后进行高达10 kgf/c的水压试验,以检查缸套漏泄情况。46.2号冰机需要现场打开,所有缸的阀片及弹簧需要更换;检查安全阀的漏泄情况,如有问题,需要更换橡胶密封圈,机械轴封需换新,曲轴箱需彻底清洁,滑油需更换。47.主机燃油系统需检查及修理,所有空气、滑油、燃油或冷却水系统管子在拆出之前需卸压。如有必要,更新燃油滤器。堵塞或破裂的燃油管需要清洁或更换。燃油驳运泵需要检查损坏及磨损情况,如有必要需更新。确保调速器的正确连接。参考翻译1. The boiler to be flushed with fresh water and then closed with ships new jointing.19. The fire-side of the boiler to be scraped, wire brushed and cleaned thoroughly. All dirt and carbon deposits to be moved away. All access doors to be replaced with new gaskets.20. Three motors to be dismantled and sent to workshop for repair. All the windings to be thoroughly cleaned, baked and dried, one coat of insulating paint to be applied. The motors to be megger-tested and records to be taken. All bearings to be cleaned and well greased. Defective bearings if found to be renewed with owner's spares. The motors to be reassembled to the satisfaction of engineer, then returned to ship, reinstalled in place, realigned and retested on board.21. All cylinder covers, pistons, one cylinder liner, connecting rods, gudgeon pins and bushes, bearings of one set of auxiliary engine to be dismantled and thoroughly cleaned. Measurements of piston, ring grooves, cylinder diameter, shaft journal and crank pin diameter, thickness of bearings to be taken and recorded. All valves on the cylinder covers to be disassembled, checked and ground in. Fuel injection valves to be tested. All defective parts to be repaired or renewed. New piston rings to be fitted. All working parts to be thoroughly cleaned, well-oiled, reassembled and adjusted to proper working order, inlet and exhaust valves to be adjusted under hot engine condition. (spare parts to be supplied by ship.)22. The governor of the main engine to be disassembled and repaired. Any part if found damaged to be renewed. All spare parts to be supplied by shipyard.23. The turbocharger to be disassembled. Blades to be smoothed. Shaft alignment to be checked and dynamic balance to be tested, then reassembled in order.24. Two cylinder covers to be delivered to the workshop and dismantled; Cooling water space to be cleaned with chemicals and hydraulically tested at 60 N/c. Stuff and rubber rings to be renewed with ship's spare parts.25. All tappet clearances and timing of intake and exhaust valves, fuel valve timing and crank web deflections to be measured before and after docking out for the main engine.26. One end cover of the condenser of No. 2 refrigerant plant found leaky to be welded or renewed. The end cover to be chipped and painted two coats. Zinc plates to be renewed. Air'to be removed from the system and refrigerant leakage to be checked after repair. Cooling water control valve to be overhauled. The No. 3 cylinder cover of M/E found a crack about 3cm long in way of inlet valve seat to be remedied by means of metal lock, then hydraulically tested at 4 kgf/c after repair.28. Bearing clearance of connecting rod large end of each cylinder of No. 3 diesel engine to be measured by means of lead wire. If necessary, the connecting rod bolts to be replaced with shipyard's spare parts. The bolts to be tightened up to the designed value with torque wrench.29. Water tank to be de-rusted and cleaned up with wire brush, painted two coats and hy-draulically tested up to 7 kgf/c. Air make-up valve on top of the tank to be renewed.30. Misalignment between propeller shaft and main engine shaft found to, be measured and e-liminated. The locations of intermediate bearings to be adjusted, if necessary. After that, the error should not be over the limits.31. No. 5 piston of the main engine found over-worn to be built up by welding and polished after that. Ring grooves to be machined to original dimensions. The ellipticity and conic-ity of the piston to be measured.32. The valve plate of air compressor to be made 5 pieces as spare parts according to the drawing. Cooling water space to be cleaned with chemicals, then tested at 10 kgf/c. Cylinder head gasket to be renewed. Crankcase leakage to be inspected, crankcase if found cracked to be repaired.33. Shaft seal of No. 2. fuel oil pump found leakage to be renewed and the causes to be investigated. Misalignment between motor and pump to be eliminated if necessary. Mechanical shaft seal to be renewed. Safety valve to be reset.34. The moisture eliminator (curve flap) of the air conditioning unit to be renewed. The shaft bearing of the blower if found over tight to be renewed and greased. The tension to be adjusted. Anchor bolts to be secured. The blower to be tested as required.35. Crank pin diameter of No. 5 cylinder of main engine to be measured, lower half of crank pin bearing to be renewed. Clearance to be measured by means of lead wire after bearing shell being renewed. The coupling bolts for the connecting rod large ends to be tightened to the specified value with toque wrench, then engine to be turned and inspected.36. No. 2 lube oil purifier to be overhauled. The gear on the vertical shaft found worn out. The vertical shaft to be made a new one according to the attached drawing. The friction block of brake found damaged to be renewed. The bowl position relative to the vertical shaft to be re-measured and adjusted. The purifier to be tested after being reassembled. The running current reading must be less than the rated value.37. No. 8 cylinder of main engine to be chromium plated and bored as required. Cooling water space to be cleaned with chemicals, then hydraulically tested up to 10 kgf/c. Inlet and exhaust valves to be ground. Piston rings if found over worn to be renewed. Gasket between the cylinder head and cylinder liner to be heat treated and annealed, then reassembled. Through bolts to be tightened with hydraulic stretcher up to 850 kgf/c.38. Scale on water side of auxiliary boiler to be removed with chemicals. Carbon deposits on the outside surface of generating pipes to be scraped or cleaned up with wire brush (wire brushed off). Pipes if found burnt out to be renewed and distances between pipes to be measured. Pipes plate cracks to be magna-flux tested. Safety valves to be adjusted in the presence of the surveyor and chief engineer.39. Main engine turbocharger to be disassembled, cleaned and inspected. The nozzle ring to be renewed with ship's spare parts. Seal ring to be renewed with shipyard's parts if necessary. The rotor to be subjected to a dynamic balance test if possible. Three corner valves for flushing to be renewed.40. The error between the actual and indicated rudder angles found over 2 degrees. The hydraulic system, hunting (follow up) gear and feedback system to be checked. The cause (s) to be established (found out) and the error to be eliminated. Relief valve found leakage to be checked and repaired, if possible, to be renewed with shipyard's spare parts. Lift up pressure of relief valve to be readjusted in the presence of surveyor. The rudder angle to be checked with bridge after repair.41. While engine running, No. 2 intermediate bearing near tail shaft found over-heat and oil leakage to be opened for inspection. Bearing bush if found uneven to be scraped and if necessary to be renewed. Oil ring stuff to be renewed. Cooling water space to be opened, cleaned and inspected.42. Two sets of swash plate type axial variable pump for steering gear to be overhauled. The plunger and cylinder bore to be inspected for wear. The linkage of the control rod and swash plate to be checked. Two bearings to be renewed. Coupling between the pump and electric motor to be overhauled. The hold down bolts of electric motor of No. 2 steering gear to be adjusted and secured.43. Fresh water side of No. 1 fresh water cooler to be cleaned with chemicals. Pipes to be cleaned up with wire brush. Zinc anodes to be renewed. End covers to be painted after being chipped (scraped) and reassembled in order after being tested hydraulically.44. Steam condenser found sea water leaking on the steam side to be taken off from the piping line, then end covers to be opened for inspection. Pipes if found leakage to be renewed and pipe plate if found leaking to be welded. Zinc anode on the sea water side to be renewed. All gaskets to be renewed. Pipe plates and end covers to be chipped. End covers to be painted.45. No.3 cylinder liner of main engine found a crack (fracture) about 12 cm long in way of oil hole to be lifted and renewed. Cooling, water space to be cleaned thoroughly before the liner being renewed and if necessary to be scraped. The bore to be measured at 2 positions along the axial line and at 8 positions around bore of the new liner after being reassembled, then the liner to be hydraulically tested for leakage up to 10 kgf/c.46. No.2 refrigeration compressor to be dismantled on the spot. Valve plates and springs of all cylinders to be replaced. Safety valve to be che
