本文为Word版本,下载可编辑操作助理咨询经理岗位职责 聘请助理经理 - 全球房产询问五大行高力国际 上海高力物业顾问 上海高力物业顾问有限公司,高力物业,高力 Responsibility - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit highly qualified candidates for positions within Colliers PjM; - Explore the employment sourcing method and expand the employment sourcing channel for the recruitment; Lead the management of search firms, job boards and other recruiting related vendors, conducting vendor selection process and negotiating contracts on a regular basis; - Build the recruitment pipeline database and tracking system ongoing so as to help improve the recruitment efficiency; - Conduct the candidates screening and interview to assess the candidates' qualifications for positions within Colliers PjM; Conduct and manage the interview process, moderate related interview resources issue; Conduct interview feedback, talk about offer, and arrange the on board issues; - Establish and maintain relationships with management and internal line managers who requires hiring needs; Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet requirement; - Complete the review of JD on annual basis and ensure all JDs in place and updated in time; - Enhance favourable employee relations by maintaining a constant touch with employees; Regularly communicate with staff to understand their concerns and issues and report to management and offer suggestions for improvement; - Keep abreast of market trend by actively following up with market situation and provide advice to management in terms of candidates market and market rate of compensation; - Initiative or engage in any assigned projects or responsibilities. Qualification - Bachelor or master degree in management or HR field; - At least 5 years HR experience, especially in recruitment experience required; - Knowledge of main HR functions with focus on recruitment; - Good written and verbal communication skill in English and Chinese; - Well organized and detail oriented; - Fair business acumen; - Ability to understand Colliers PjM project management process; - Understand the hiring process and technology; - Understand the channels to source the candidates; - Understand the assessment principle; - Interpersonal skill to deal with different level of staff within Colliers PjM and to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
