From here, the ORAFOL products are sold to more than 100 countries around the world, making the company an internationally renowned and trusted partner to customers worldwide. To further support our successful expansion in China, we are looking for a Sales Managers for the East region to enhance the penetration of the local markets and key customers. (熟识道路及城市交通平安行业,或个人平安防护领域,或熟识反光材料应用领域) OVERVIEW: The job holder need to use his or her personnel experiences, strategic and analytical thinking, professional sellig skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional team members to define and drive the business growth opportunties and plans by focusing on served available market study, territory management, sales pipeline development, and the achievement of annual sales objective. MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulate the overall business growth plan and sales activities to ensure the achievement of sales revenue and market share objectives. Lead the market study activities to identify target market, competition and buying decision process. Provide the monthy updates to the China management team. Develop local market penetration strategy including product development, distribution channel strategy, pricing strategy and all necessary resources plan by working together China management and cross functional teams. Develop sales pipelines and close new opportunties to achieve annual sales objective and long term growth plan. Develop Spec-in strategy by approaching and building up strong business relationship with strategic end -user accounts and design institutes. Resposnible for the ahcievement of account receivable target and the improvement of sales forecast. Participate in trade associations and technical conferences related to target market opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred 8+ years sales experience and 2+ years Sales Leadership experience in chemical business, and with the knowledge in traffic security or personal safety industry will be highly preffered.(在交通平安领域或个人防护平安领域有从业阅历者优先) Strong experience or skills in business planning, capturing new opportunities, territory management, key account penetration and Value proposition development.
