Due to fast growing China business, we are looking for an aggressive and experienced customer service in SynQor Shenzhen, China office. Responsibilities: *Order qualification, order entry, order tracking and fulfillment. *Interface with companys sales force, OEMs, contract manufacturers and distributors *Provide support to customers for before and after sales service *Provide sales and customers with information on new products and services *Have an good knowledge of companys products and infrastructure, so as to best utilize it to resolve both sales and customers issues in a timely manner. Requirements: *College education or above. *Good written and spoken communication skill in both Mandarin and English. *2-3 years experience in customer service, with good customer service skills. *Familiar with Microsoft office, including Excel, Power Point, Word. *Oracle Outlook system operation experience is preferred. *Experience in Electronics and/or Semiconductor industry preferred. .qiquhA.com Edit 第 2 页 共 2 页
