本文格式为Word版,下载可任意编辑初级采购员岗位职责任职要求 初级选购员岗位职责 Responsibilities - Handles Operative Buying tasks independently (PO's) - Arranges logistics and quality checks for repeat orders independently - Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, PAQ factory visit report - Performs administrative tasks such as checking artworks and packaging when required, checking incoming samples from vendors and outgoing samples to costumer. - Ensure all administration work is completely accurately and promptly, including maintaining up to date project files. - Under the direction of mentor, updates project trackers to ensure progress is accurately recorded and reported - Learn to create value for the company by securing business through competitive quotations and managing new development activities effectively - Learn to understand for whole procedure from looking for products, get orders to follow details with product quality, package, inspection, delivery, etc. - To be organized for filing for daily inquires, order files - Adheres to correct business practices and company procedures - Develop knowledge of purchasing market and price level as well as target consumer sales market - Develops ability to perform cost analysis based on raw material prices - Actively pursues business development activities for the company Work Experience Requirements - 0-2 years working experience in merchandising at trading company or buying office for sourcing home appliance products - Familiar with Western markets - Expertise in project management. - Expertise in project and/or strategic purchasing. - Experience in buying complete products, OEM and development Skill Requirements - Strong ability to read, write and spoken in English - Good negotiation ability - Self-motivated team player willing to work under pressure - Aggressive / responsible and willing to travel第 2 页 共 2 页
