Identify and create business opportunities and lead further process. 4. Promote company to customers and build/maintain customer relationship. 5. Monitor and ensure to update SAP system in time with efficient follow-up. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals. 6. Coordination with other teams to make business success. 7. Lead new business development in cooperation with KK HQ and other related functions. 8. To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn it into increased business. 9. To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with KK. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging business network. 10. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators. 11. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. 12. Frequent travelling in China region. 13. Follow up instruction from the supervisor. 任职要求: 1. Bachelors degree or above, major in business preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years sales experience in B2B company. 3. Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE) is an advantage. 4. Must have experience of business development towards international companies. 5. Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English. 6. Good computer literacy in English office environment. 技能要求: 1. Indepth knowledge of the industry and its current events, including intellengence of competitors. 6. Team work spirit. can work independently and under pressure. 7. Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English. 8.
