Minimum Requirements 1,Bachelor Degree in Business or HR related area, or higher is desirable. 2,Extensive, professional experience in HR and GA practice area plus excellent management skills and expertise in multi-cultural environment are essential. 3,Management Skills Areas of Responsibility 1. Human resource management policies development 2. Recruiting and retaining of key talents 3. Compensation benefit planning and administration 4. Employee education and training; 5. Employee communication and organizational development 6.
