As a participant at the 2006 Clinton Global Initiative, I committed to call on more people to take part. Before long we established the non-profit organization, Cool Globes, aiming to use the medium of public art to raise awareness of global warming. Later, the Chicago Cool Globes exhibit was hugely successful. Millions of people experienced Cool Globes and the exhibit inspired more online individuals and more cities across the country and around the world to apply the project and adopt solutions to global warming in their daily life.
