In 12-1/4"hole and 8-1/2" hole section, actual mud weights will be decided by onsite drilling superintendent in order to balance the formation pressure and formation stresses to ensure the well bore stable. 2. In 12-1/4"hole and 8-1/2"hole section, there should be prepared weighting materials(Barite) 40-60 Tons on site as contingence use.3. In 8-1/2"hole section,the mud must be controlled water loss,and have oil -zone protection property.八、测井计划 Wireline Logging Program 电测为日费作业,所有的电测项目由菲利普斯决定。All E-logging items will be done on dayrate basis and dicided by company.九、弃井计划 Well Abandonment Program1.电测结束后,下5"光钻杆至可能的油或水层以下50米处,打水泥塞,其返高要求高于可能的油或水层顶部200米。If there is no show in the well, then run in hole with 5" open-ended drill pipe to 50m below the bottom of potential oil/water zone after the logging, set a cement plug which should be returned to 200m above the top of the potential zone. 2.在上一层套管鞋以下100米处,再打一个200米的水泥塞,候凝,试压2000psi。At 100 meters below the last casing shoe, set 200 meters of cement slurry again, wait on cement, then pressure test the plug to 2000psi with 5" open-ended drill pipe.3.拆除13-5/8"防喷器组和变径法兰,拆9-5/8"套管头。N/D 13-5/8"BOP stacks and adapter. Nipple down 9-5/8"casing head.4.下9-5/8"套管水力割刀至泥面以下6米左右,割9-5/8"套管,起钻,甩9-5/8"套管。RIH w/ 9-5/8"hydraulic casing cutter to 6 meters below seabed, cut 9-5/8"CSG, POOH and lay down 9-5/8"CSG.5.拆13-5/8"套管头和20"套管头。N/D 13-5/8" casing head and 20"casing head.6.下入20"套管割刀至泥面以下4米处,割断20"套管。RIH w/ 20"hydraulic casing cutter to 4 meters below the seabed, cut the 20" conductor.7.试提20"导管, 如果没有割断, 重复上述作业; 如果证明割断, 则Pull up 20"conductor. If it is not cut off, cut it again. And if it is proved to be cut off, then8.下入5"光钻杆至泥面以下50米,打水泥帽。RIH w/ 5"open-end DP to 50 meters below seabed, spot cement plug onto Seabed. 9.起钻,甩20"导管。POOH the 5"DP. Lay down the cut 20" casing.弃井图十、施工程序:Drilling Procedure 1. 确认转盘面海拔高度。Confirm the distance from mean seal level to rotary table.2. 26" 井眼和 20" 隔水套管。Drill 26" Hole and set 20"CSG.2.1. 将26" BHA (承托环)下放到泥面,投测,测斜结果小于0.5度,开孔作业。否则,重复前述作业。 Run the 26"BHA (w/Totco ring) to mud-line, drop a Totco to check BHA angle. Spud the well if angle is less than 0.5 Degree; otherwise repeat the above operations.2.2. 用海水钻进到270米左右,具体深度由20"套管长度来调整。Drill ahead to +/-270 meters(RKB) with GEL/Sea-water, the actual TD should be based on the measurement of the 20" CSG.2.3. 前8米排量为500 GPM,以后逐渐增加到最大排量;钻压<5T,钻速<30米/小时;转速 5070rpm。 The flowrate should be 500 gpm for the first 8m, and then increase the pump flowrate to maximum, WOB<5T, ROP<30M/H, RPM 50-70rpm.2.4. 高粘度泥浆6RPM的读数接近井眼直径。Hi-Vis sweep keeps a 6-RPM gel reading approximately equal to the hole diameter.2.5. 每钻进3根钻杆,泵入高粘度泥浆200冲。Pump 200 strokes of Hi-Vis sweep every 3 joints drilled.2.6. 钻进到设计井深,泵入高粘度泥浆清扫井眼,循环量为1.2倍的井眼体积。Drill ahead to TD, pump Hi-Vis mud to sweep the hole. The total volume of circulation is 1.2 times of the wellbore volume.2.7. 投测,起钻到泥面(钻头不能出井眼),打捞测斜仪。Drop TOTCO, POOH (keep the bit in the hole), retrieve TOTCO.2.8. 下钻探沉砂。RIH to tag the bottoms-up.2.9. 循环调整泥浆。Circulate and adjust mud.2.10. 起钻。POOH.2.11. 下20"套管,除最后两根,每根灌海水。Run 20" CSG; fill CP w/ seawater every joint, except for the last two.2.12. 套管入泥时要注意悬重变化。Pay attention to the changes on the weight indicator while running the 20"CSG into the mudline.2.13. 下内管,固井。Run inner string,cement the CSG. 2.14. 固井结束后,拔出插入头,检查回流。Stinger out, Check the back flows after cementing.2.15. 如果无回流,起钻; 否则,蹩压候凝。POOH if the float valve works. Otherwise hold pressure for WOC.2.16. 组装21-1/4"防喷器,功能测试,试压500PSI×5分钟。N/U 21-1/4" BOP, function and pressure test 500PSI*5min.3. 12-1/4"井眼和9-5/8"套管Drill 12-1/4" hole and set 9-5/8" casing 3.1.组合17-1/2" BHA(牙轮钻头),下钻,钻浮鞋及水泥塞并进入新地层。M/U 17-1/2" BHA (Rock bit),RIH, Drill 20" F/S and cement plug into new formation .3.2.起钻,换 12-1/4" 导向钻具,下钻。Trip out, change to 12-1/4" Direction-BHA,RIH.3.3.前30米,泵速80SPMx2,转速60rpm。Drill first 30m with pump speed 80SPM x2 and rotary speed 60rpm.3.4.钻进至1000米,短起下到套管鞋一次。Drill ahead to 1000M, short trip to F/S .3.5.钻进到预定深度1800M。钻进中及时调整钻井参数,来保证良好的携砂。Drill ahead to planned depth 1800M. Adjust the drilling parameters as necessary to make sure all the cuttings returned out of the hole on time .3.6.钻进中,严格注视气全量的变化,根据情况及时调整泥浆性能,防止气涌发生。Watch closely the total gas percent during drilling and condition mud as necessary in case gas kick occurs.3.7.起钻前溢流检查10分钟。Flow check for 10min. Prior to POOH.3.8.短起下至20"套管鞋。 (控制起下钻速度)Short trip to 20"CSG shoe.(Control trip speed)3.9.循环调整泥浆,垫高粘度泥浆50米,起钻。控制起钻速度,防止抽吸。Circulate and condition the mud, pump 50m high viscosity mud sweep on bottom of the hole. POOH. Control the speed of POOH to avoid swabbing. 3.10.下9-5/8"套管。Run 9-5/8"casing. 3.11.固井。Cement the 9-5/8"CSG. 3.12.固井结束后,检查回流。Check the back flows after cementing.3.13.如果无回流, 起钻; 否则, 蹩压候凝。POOH if the float valve works. Otherwise hold pressure for WOC.3.14.候凝,候凝时间视水泥样品情况来确定。Wait on cement.
