AbstractRecent years, the number of the college graduate is becoming larger and larger. From this context, the situation of college graduate has become a hot topic. The main purpose of this paper is to research and analyze the problem. So I did a survey about employment of college graduate. In results, 32.5% among respondents are optimistic to the employment situation. 52.4% among them are not optimistic and the last are not sure. Then when I combined some material with the results, it is obvious from the finding that the employment situation of college graduate is serious. This paper aims at external reasons and internal reasons to analyze this.2. Introduction In recent years, employment of college students has always been a hot topic. People have different views about employment of college graduate. Some people think that college graduates can still find a good job easily. Although, as we know, Chinas rapid economic growth provides a large number of employment opportunities, besides, Chinese government also gives graduates much support in the very great degree. Facing the rapid growth in the number of graduates, they need to overcome many obstacles. Because of some inner and outer reasons, a large amount of graduates cannot till find a job. So the employment situation of college graduate is still serious. Competition is fierce among graduates. According to the statistics, in 2001, the number of college graduate is 1.15million. In 2005, the number is 3.38 million. In 2016, the number increases to 7.7 million. During 15 years, the number has increased by 551%. So large number of graduates make them become a special team. For making clear about this problem, I made a questionnaire about “How do you thing about employment situation of graduate?” According to the findings and combined with previous research, I did some analysis. The essay aims at analyzing the reason why graduates have difficulty to find a suitable job. The essay combines China's national conditions and students' personal reasons to analysis. 3. Research and analyses3.1 Research about the question For to analysis the college students employment situation, I did the questionnaire. The questionnaire aims at survey the attitude to employment situation. In the questionnaire, I surveyed 206 university students, 67(32.5%) among them are optimistic to the employment situation. 108(52.4%) among them are not optimistic. 31(15.1%) among them are not sure. According to the questionnaire, we can see most of college realize that the employment situation is grim. The picture is showed as blow.3.2 Analyses of External reasonsUniversity graduates have too much pressure of competition. 3 Today, Chinese economic develops so fast. A variety of new businesses are emerging, providing a lot of employment opportunities, but this does not effectively solve the employment problems of College Students. Students are still facing employment competition pressure. First, the number of university students is so large. Competition of employment has too much pressure of competition. Because of the growing popularity of university education, the number of college students gradually increased, which results in the number of jobs cannot meet the growing demand for college students. Next, companies require higher education, which makes college graduates have more pressure. Some company selected the graduates who have higher education, which makes some students cannot meet the academic requirements of enterprises put forward. This is one of the college graduates have too much pressure of competition.Expansion of colleges enrollment is too large. 2 Since the late 1990s, our countrys universities have begun to enroll rapidly. That time, graduates were 100 million people. The number of university graduates in 2004 increased to 2.8 million. In 2009, the number of university graduates nationwide exceeded 6.00 million, reaching 611 million people, for the first time. In 2010, graduates amounted to 6.30 million. In 2011, 6.6 million. In 2016, 7.7 million, which college graduates increased by 7 times during 15 years.Service industry lags behind. At present, the proportion of tertiary industry in developed countries is about 70%, while in 2012 China's tertiary industry is only 36.1%, below the world average level of 62%. China's tertiary industry employment structure is not reasonable. The access services market remains too restrictive, heavy tax burden, monopoly serious problem. Especially in entering foreign trade, education, culture, intermediary services industry, barriers to entry are too high. Service industry lags behind, limiting the ability to absorb employment services.The major of college fells behind. Currently, management system in universities is basically following the original system, which cannot meet the needs of economic development. Major and curriculum of some universities have a greater blindness, which causes some professional supply exceeds demand seriously. For example, seven years ago, English, computer science and technology, marketing, and other popular professional art and design, has become difficult major which be choose. According to the "China 2013 Graduate Employment Report", English, law, computer and other major because of the surplus of graduates had become the most difficult major to employ. At present, biological medicine, IT, new materials and other strategic emerging industries, cannot meet the markets demand. 3.3 Analyses of internal reasonsCollege graduates lack of ability. Employment is a real and serious problem. It does not require students to have a good academic performance, more value the graduates' ability and personal qualities. First, college students know to study only, are poor in exercise. Some college students in university life just knew to study to improve performance, but neglected to improve their practice ability, which results that it is difficult for students to meet the employment requirements of enterprises raised. Second, college students experience less. Students in class most of the time, has few opportunities to work. This leads students just have knowledge, but no work experience. Many companies require staff to have work experience, which is the college graduates dont have.Employment concept of college graduates is errors. 1 Some college graduates think they have received higher education. So when they want to find a job, they do not think about their own actual situation, but aim high. They just know to pursue some popular job. For example, some college graduates pursue the work in the office, chase high welfare, the position of high status, and despise such as mechanic or the work of the service industry. These errors often make college graduates have a wrong concept of employment.College graduates lack of experience in recruiting. Every year, symposium about graduate and all kinds of recruitment market also can become a good platform for college graduates to learn. A large amount of college students do not know to study about it during the university, which leads to a lot of students don't know what his major suits. They even don't imagine if it is that they were interviewed, what kind of problems will be asked and how to answer it. These will make students loss many information and opportunity.Traditional concept of employment is deep-rooted. 4 In the traditional Chinese concept, the people who can go to college are the social elite. So when the graduate, the graduates do not want to work without formal establishment of the enterprise, do not want to go to difficult conditions in remote areas, or do not want to go to small enterprises. The graduates who have the traditional concept often cannot find a job they want.The quality of graduates is not enough. Some students think that after 12 years study, they can really have a break. So they dont use enough time to study any more. They just know to use their time on the computer games. 5 They fail in their exams. Finally, because of their grade, they miss many chances to work.4. Conclusion In results of questionnaire, most of people are not optimistic to the employment situation. Then, from the research and analyses, we can know, two main reasons lead the difficult employment situation of college graduate. It is external reasons and internal reasons. For to solve this problem, students need promotes their individual quality. Besides, the government need also take some measure to encourage 5.
