LOCAL STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURESLSOP No.:RM FO GS-10-02Effective Date:Division:Front OfficeRevised Date:Section:ReceptionPrepared by : Approved by:SUBJECT:Marriott Rewards Points and Miles Earning Policy 万豪礼赏会员积分及里程政策_OBJECTIVE目的：Ensure all ambassadors with a high accuracy identify about the points and miles earning.确保所有大使准确的了解万豪礼赏的分数，里程积分计划。POLICY政策：As MRW membership can choose to earn points or miles; all ambassadors must input MRW membership accordingly, to make sure all the elite member can get the points or miles timely.作为万豪礼赏会员客人可以选择将消费累计积分或者航空里程，大使必须将万豪礼赏会员的信息准确输入PMS，确保会员所要累计的积分或里程准确及时到账。PROCEDURES 程序： Points Earning1. In Renaissance Hotels MRW guest can get 10 points per US dollar. The service charge and tax charge can not be used to redeem points.在万丽酒店品牌客人每一美元可兑换10个积分，服务费及税费不可用于兑换积分。2. Within 6 weeks after guests check out the pints/miles will be posted into guests account.客人离店后的六周内，分数或里程将被累计到客人的账户中。3. When there are two MR member share one room, only one member can earn the points/ miles. 当两位万豪礼赏会员共住一个房间时，只有一个会员可以获取积分或里程。4. A maximum of three rooms per hotel stay (i.e., consecutive nights) qualify for point or miles earnings when the member stays and pays for all three rooms.当一个会员为多个房间付费时，最多三个房间的有效消费可以累积分数或航空里程到该会员的账户5. If MRW guest didnt get points/miles within 24 months, the MR account will be closed and all points will be forfeited.万豪礼赏会员如果在24个月内未入住万豪集团酒店，账户将关闭，同时已有的积分也会丢失。6. Elite members receive bonus points on top of the base points earned during stays at all participating Marriott brands (does not apply to miles earnings).银卡，金卡及白金卡会员可额外获取积分，银卡：20%，金卡：25%，白金卡：30%。Earning Miles with Marriott Rewards1. Marriott Rewards members can choose from over 29 airline partners to earn frequent flyer miles from (instead of point earnings). 共有29家航空公司的航空里程累积供万豪礼赏会员选择。 Note: members who choose miles earnings must be a member of the designated airline frequent flyer program in order to receive miles (for details on joining a frequent flyer program, refer guests to the airline). 提示：选择累计航空里程的万豪礼赏会员，必须首先加入所要兑换航空里程的航空公司会员计划。2. The number of miles members can earn varies by hotel brand and the participating frequent flyer program.所能兑换的航空里程取决于不同的万豪品牌及不同航空公司。3. Miles earned at hotels outside the United States are calculated based on the US dollar currency conversion at time of checkout.所有航空里程的兑换都是通过美元进行计算。4. Marriott Rewards miles are automatically transferred to the member's frequent flyer account (in approximately six weeks). 万豪礼赏会员所要累积的航空里程会在六周内自动累积。 Members may not earn both points and miles for the same stay 在同一次入住中，会员不可同时累积分数和航空里程。 Members may switch from earning miles to points, and vice versa, before a given stay by updating their member profile online or by contacting Guest Services.万豪礼赏会员可以更改累积分数为里程，反之亦然，只需在入住前在在线更改或联系万豪礼赏会员专线。5.
