国际酒店资料Arrivals:1. Click the word menu <Guest Recognition>2. Click <Arrivals>3. Click the <Arrival Possible Match> Tab4. Click the buttons on the left that say <Possible Match>5. Compare the Top part (Gray OPERA) and the Bottom part (White GuestWare), if they are the same, put a check in the match box, and click <OK> and answer the questions <Yes>. If not the same, click the button <No Match>.6. After you have looked at all <Possible Matches>, click on <Arrivals>7. Review the two columns making sure they are in fact the same guest. 8. When the reservation has been reviewed and all service items have been completed, change from <New> to <Ready>. This means everything has been prepared for the Guests arrival.9. When you have changed them all, click the printer icon on your tool bar in the upper left corner.10. This will take you to the Reports menu and from here, select the Guest Arrival Details Report from the list.11. Enter todays arrival date and print just todays or enter the arrival dates you want to print.走在路上
