Equipment available are: · Electric Typewriter· Video Recorder· Slide Projector· Overhead Projector· Personal Computer with Printer· Flip Chart1. Check with guest the specific equipment and the rent period.2. Check availability of equipment and quote price to guest.3. Confirm with guest the location of equipment to be installed.4. Write up a charge voucher and obtain guest signature.5. Log the details in the Business Center logbook.6 Deliver and set up the equipment on the desirable date and time. For technical installation, Engineering Department will be requested to offer assistance.7 The Business Center logbook should be checked regularly. Any extended rent on the equipment will be entered in the Business Center logbook again.8. Upon receiving guest notice of ending of rental, the Business Center clerk will collect the equipment and return it to the Business Center.9. Correct charge will be imposed on the signed voucher and passed to Front Office Cashier for posting.10. The equipment should be carefully checked upon return to see if there is any damage. All damages should be reported to Business Center Supervisor immediately for follow up action.11.
