If guest is from Tibet, Xinjiang or other minority region, front desks GSA need report to PSB system at the first time.西藏,新疆及其他少数民族地区的客人,前台大使需第一时间输入PSB系统。2. If guest if from high alert country, need to report to PSB system at the first time. Total 17 countries is high alert country up to now. 高危国家客人入住需第一时间通报相关警员.截至目前为止,大约共有17个国家为高危国家。3. Fully support to PSB if they need us do anything and feed back to them immediately for hotel side.有警方下发的任何协查通知,需尽力帮助并及时回溃。4. If having anything emergency in the PSB daily work, need to report to duty GSM at the first time and GSM need report to AFOM or FOM then. Cannot decide by staff self or report delay even do not report.输入和登记过程中,碰到问题,不可自作主张,需报告当班经理并由其向上一级主管汇报,不可延误,不可不报。Reviewed by : Approved by: _ Division Head General Manager2
