I am very glad to be standing here and talking about my lesson ,which is from PEP English Book 6 Unit 6 of partA.Today Ill talk about unit from my contents consist of 6 parts: analysis of the book, analysis of the students, teaching and learning methods, teaching aims,teaching aids and teaching procedure. Part 1 .analysis of the book:1. There are 6 units in Book 6. This is Lesson 6. This lesson includes two parts: Lets learn and lets play.The central item is master the verb phrases “taking pictures, watching insects,picking up leaves, doing an experiment, catching butterflies”.Well study the phrases and how to read the word.Part 2. analysis of the students:Then Ill talk about next part analysis of the students. It is known to us that the kids are very active and like playing games very much, so during my class, Ill design some interesting games to activate them to participate and learn something.Part 3.Teaching aims:According to the teaching outline and combining the students situation , I make the teaching aims of this lesson as follows .a .The first is the aim of knowledge Its to learn and master five -ing verb form phrases:taking pictures, watching insects, picking up leaves, doing an experiment, catching butterflies” and then using them to make a dialogue.b. The second is the aim of abilitiesThe creative spirit is quite important to the students. So I will pay much attention to train it in my class. Otherwise, I will try to train the students listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, Mainly improve their communicative abilities and encourage them to speak more  English.c.The third is important pointsThe first is to master five -ing verb form phrases: taking pictures, watching insects, picking up leaves, doing an experiment, catching butterflies.The second is can make a simple quiz.d.the last one is difficult pointsIt have a large of vocabulary,some phrases are difficult to master,such as catch and watch,butterflies and experiment.Insects is hard to pronounce. Besides,this lesson are require to grasp plural noun forms verb phrases, such as:Pictures, insects, leaves, butterflies.Part 4. Teaching and learning methods: Make the students take part in class . Ask and answer in pairs and groups . Ill use communicative method,discussing method and seeing and hearing method to teach this lesson .Part 5. Teaching aids:In order to interest the students , Ill use PPT,some interesting pictures.Part 6. Teaching procedure:Step 1 is revision.Before my class,Ill use PPT to play a English song On a Trip for the students and Ill ask them try to follow it to sing together to keep themselves relax. Next,I will play a flashing card game,I will show some pictures and ask the question:What is.doing?,and then students answer the question quickly to review present continuous tense.Step 2 is Presentation.Ill teach students the five phrases and sentences in English by preforming some actions to lead to student guess verb phrases,and then ask them read the words and sentences together.Next,I will let students learn to say the phrases with the help of picture and use the phrases and the structure to make a dialogue.In the end,students volunteer to perform the dialogue. Step 3 is consolidation.In this part,Ill train the creative spirit of the students.I will play a guess game, work in group.One student does actions,student 2 ask the questions,student 3 guess and answer it.Teacher demonstrates first.In the end, I will teach the song “On the trip”.Step4 is homework.I will let student read the phases and copy the new phrases and sentences three times.Prepare lesson before class(Lets talk)To be a good English teacher is my dream, I think a teacher is not only a guide for the students, but also a friend of them. I will try my best to achieve further success!Thank you very much !
