    -My Favorite DishEveryone has his favorite dish. In China, people from different regions like different dishes. For example, some people from Shan'xi province like to eat noodles, and some from shan'dong province like to eat steamed bread. I like to eat ham, dumpling, hamburger, rice, and so on. And I like the most is Chinese food. In my opinion, Chinese food is quite popular in the world because it has different tastes and it usually very delicious. Among them, my favorite dish is Sweet and sour pork tenderloin.First of all, to make a delicious sweet and sour pork tenderloin, materials including pig fillet meat 300 grams, 1 egg-yolk, soy sauce 1 big spoon, ketchup 2 big spoons, white vinegar, sugar each 1 big spoon, salt, linseed oil each 1 small spoon.The manufacture method as follow: First, cleans the pig fillet meat, cuts the scrap, and puts in the bowl to join the soy sauce 1 big spoon and the egg-yolk salt mixes 10 minutes.Second, to prepare the sauce, in a small bowl, combine the sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, water and white vinegar, mixing. Third, in the pot pours into 3 big spoons linseed oils to burn the heat, puts in the fillet to fry to 7 minute is ripe abundant; In the pot -odd oil continues to burn the heat, joins the sauce and has fried the fillet meat to fry to gets interested then.
