Review the words and phrases about describing people learned before. 2. Show some photos for students. Ask them to describe the person in each photo. . 自学展示 1. Students describe the people by themselves. 2. According to the picture of famous people, students say the words to describe them. ( thin-heavy, tall-short, long-straight, etc.) . 合作探究 1.Students work in pairs to read the new words according to the phonetic symbol. 2. Let students read the new words loudly and teacher correct their wrong pronounce. 3. Fasting reading Ask students to read the passage quickly and do the T/F exercise. . 精讲梳理 1.
