    -五岳压力表pw206英文手册-第 5 页PW206 digital pressure controller1. New FeaturesThis controller has two-layer structure, top for displaying actual pressure and bottom for set pressure. It has top and bottom limit alarms, two sets alarm,outputing by relay contact point . It can output by constant current and voltage,4-20mA or 0-10 V linear output analog data. It also can connect to the PLC and other controllers directly with automatic panel calibration function which makes the calibration much easier like just pressing some keys. This controller also adopts light and electricity insulation, watch dog, software wave filtering these three types anti-interference technology. It ensures the reliability of the system. This controller supplies by switch, so it can work at 120V low voltage conditions.This controller is widely used in the petroleum, chemical fiber, and plastic industry. It can used with the normal controller for pressure test and control at normal temperature. Based on PW200 series, PW800 series are one new generation of intelligent instruments. Output+16. Output-4. Basic operation and operation guide1. starting upAfter wiring work is finish, and then connect the display with supply for self-check. During the self-check, the PV display will display working position and minimal resolving power. The two front number of SV display will show the actual measurement valve, the back number will show minimal resolving power. The display will go back to working position after self-check automatically. At the working position, the upper PV display will show actual working pressure, the bottom PV display will show up limit alarm set valve.When the display is showing the following figure: it means measurement range is 50 MPa, division valve is 0.02Mpa.PV50.00 SV MPa 5C.22. Change SV set valve(up limit valve AL1) When the display is at working position, press the shifting button to make SVs last number flicker, then you can change the up limit alarm setting valve by press the move button, increasing valve button, decreasing valve button. Please press shifting button another time to let the new valve become effective, then you can quit the SV valve setting position back to working position.The factory setting valve of SV is 80% of measurement range.(you can change the AL1 valve after entering the inner parameter revising position.) The display will go back to working position automatically if you not press it in one minute. The SV valve will not become into effective if you not press the shifting button to confirm it.3. Zero clearingWhen we do heating from normal temperature to two hundred degree, The newly installed sensor will have a effect ion called temperature shadow which means the PV gauge is not zero that time. then you can press CE button to do zero clearing.(please make sure the pressure on the sensor is zero before you press it.)If you do the wrong zero clearing, you can press the CE button for five seconds to get back last valve.4. System matching pressure calibration At normal situation, the display and its matching sensor are provided to customers in pairs. They have their matching serial number and are already calibrated in the factory. If customers are not using them matchingly, they have to calibrate by themselves. To perform calibration, please do as follow (make sure the pressure on the sensor is zero-the extruder speed is zero):When the display is at working position (the displays measurement range should same as the sensor), press the CALcalibration button. The system will begin calibration work automatically.Please press the shifting button immediately and keep pressing it until it completes the calibration work after you press the calibration button. The display will show 2E and inner code zero position, then FV and inner code calibration valve, then 80% valve of the measurement range step by step during the calibration.Note: Please unlock the software lock(inner parameter LCK is zero) before you do the calibration. The lock position can avoid undesirable incorrect manipulation to display. The way to unlock software lock is same with the inner parameter revising operation.5. inner parameter revising operationFirst, press the shifting button to make the last number of SV display flicker, and then press the shifting button for five seconds to enter the inner parameter revising position. PV display will show character like this”,SV gauge will show measurement range. Press shifting button to shift these inner parameter one by one, SV gauge will show parameter valve, PV gauge showing code name at this moment. Press shifting, decreasing valve, increasing valve button to revise the parameters. To store the new valve you want, you have to press shifting button to confirm. It will store the new valve and shift to next item at same time. Malfunction and solutionThis system has a function called zero point tracing .It can calibration by itself automatically. If the difference is beyond self-calibration range, you have to press “CE” button to calibrate manually. You also can press “CE” button for five seconds to recover the last settings.“88.88” or “_._” on the PV display means sensor wires disconnection or wrong-wiring. You only have to check and connect the wires.
