The factors contributing to the frequent power failure are varied. With the rapid-developing industry and the ever-increasing population, demand for electricity supply is soaring. Besides, summers are much hotter than ever before, so most working places and households are air-conditioned, which consumes additional electricity. It is urgent to find solutions to power failure. First, we should build up the awareness of saving while using electricity.
