I started this activity when T was in high school. At the time, my father and I would go jogging at night, after I did my homework. It was a good chance to spend time with my Dad since the two of us were extremely busy all the time.There is no doubt that running offers numerous benefits. First of all, running is a great form of exercise. It's beneficial for my heart, as I try to maintain my efforts for at least 45 minutes every time. Its a sport of endurance.
