A hobby is something that you are interested in doing, but it is also something that you do in spare time or free time. That means you do it when you are not in school or doing homework or helping with the housework.Teacher: Spare time or free time is the time that you have just to yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?Students: I like to play computer games in my free time./I like to watch TV in my spare time./I enjoy playing with my friends in my free time.Teacher: In my spare time, I like to relax. Explain the main structures.I often go swimming in summer. 我经常在夏天去游泳。go + v-ing结构表示，“去做”，通常指户外活动。常见的固定短语有：go skating 去滑冰； go boating去划船；go fishing 去钓鱼；go skiing 去滑雪；go climbing 去爬山；go shopping去购物Exercising is fun, and it also helps to keep us healthy. 锻炼很有趣，而且它还能帮助我们保持健康。·动名词、动词不定式或动名词短语，作主语时，谓语动词，应该用第三人称单数。·keep sb./sth. +adj.，意为“使某人/某物保持某种状态”；make sb./sth.+adj.，也有此意。I find it very interesting. 我发现它很有趣。在该句中，it指代上文的 “studying stars”，在此作find的宾语，interesting在句中作宾语补足语。英语中的名词、形容词、副词、现在分词和过去分词都可作宾语补足语。I found the glass broken. 我发现玻璃杯破了。A hobby is something you enjoy doing. 爱好就是你喜欢做的事。1) 此句是一个定语从句，省略先行词that，修饰先行词something。扩展：定语从句中关系代词只能用that的情况·当先行词为all, any, anything, something, everything, nothing等不定代词或被这些词修饰时。·当先行词被形容词最高级或序数词修饰时。·当先行词既有人又有物时。·当主句以who或which开头时，为避免重复，从句的关系代词用that。2)enjoy doing意为“喜欢做某事”，enjoy后边要接doing作为宾语，不能跟to do或者do，具有相同用法的词还有keep, finish, mind, practice等。5.
