PEP人教版五年级下册 UNIT 2 My Favourite Season 第一课时教学设计授课教师: 甘肃庆阳市庆城县长庆一小唐骊华 一、教材简介:1.教材版本:人教版PEP 小学英语五年级下册2.教学内容:第二单元第一课时A.Lets learn(有关四季单词的学习), Lets find out(用句型来描述四季的天气特征), Lets chant(四季特征儿歌), C.Lets sing.(四季歌)3.教学内容分析: 本节课教学围绕春、夏、秋、冬四季展开,教授学生有关季节的单词;会用句型“Whats your favourite season?”互相询问作答;用句型 “Whats the weather like in ? “问答,此句型在四年级课本中是询问某地的天气怎么样?在五年级则问某一个季节天气怎么样?本课时容量虽大,但难度不大,教师可以根据学生的知识水平和认知能力,遵照循序渐进规律以旧引新,展开深入与扩展,在新旧知识之间的迁移性和连贯性中让学生更好地掌握新知,再结合练习和检测,达到熟练掌握的目的。4.教学时间:40分钟二、整体设计思路1.复习旧知自然导入新知。【设计意图】教师按照个人对教材的理解及学生的学习情况,灵活地整合和调整教材的个别内容,使之符合当地学生的认知特点和理解能力。“温故而知新”唤起学生对陈旧知识的记忆,对话教学和歌谣贯穿课堂教学始终,辅之色彩鲜艳、画面生动的课件,立足于真实的自然场景,创设轻松愉悦、活泼民主的学习氛围,吸引学生集中注意力,快乐地学习英语。2.制定学习目标,学生心中有数。【设计意图】学习目标的确立,学生明白需要掌握的重、难点知识,在课堂小结和随堂检测环节中检查学习任务完成的程度,从而了解学习效果。3.练习形式多样灵活,消除学生学习英语产生的枯燥、厌烦情绪。【设计意图】教师注重调动全体学生参与英语学习的积极性和主动性,应用口语练习和笔试穿插其中,充分调动学生的各种身体感官协调运作,形成人人参与局面。4.多种评价给予学生公平认识他人及自我的机会。【设计意图】老师评价及生生评价采用语言激励和贴纸激励,鼓舞学生产生学习兴趣和增强学习信心,正视优点,努力保持,学会自我反思、自我肯定,准确评价他人。三、教学目标分析【设计意图】英语新课程标准指出:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是小学英语教学的基本任务。在认真研读教材的基础上,我针对教材内容、学生的学习能力、年龄特点等诸多因素,站在学生角度设定学习目标如下:1.知识目标:(1)I can listen, speak, read and write the five new four-skill words: season, spring, summer, fall, winter.我能够听、说、读、写五个四会单词:季节、春季、夏季、 秋季及冬季。(2)I can understand and read the sentences:“ Whats your favourite season? Whats the weather like in .?”我能够理解和朗读句型:你最喜欢的季节是什么?在 季节天气怎么样?2.能力目标:(1)I can understand and use the sentences: Whats your favourite season? Whats the weather like in ,and then learn to answer the questions according to the real life in English .我能够理解使用和句型:你最喜欢的季节是什么?在 季节天气怎么样?学会根据实际情况用英语回答。(2)I can understand and say the chant in todays class. 我能够理解和说唱本课歌谣。 (3)I can enjoy the English song : Whats your favourite season? Try to sing it. 我欣赏英文歌曲:你最喜欢的季节是什么?能试着唱出来。3.情感目标:. (1)培养学生灵活运用知识及相互合作、交流和沟通的能力。(2)培养学生认真观察生活,掌握自然常识,能够理论联系实际。(3)激发学生学习英语的兴趣,提高学生英语能力,树立自信和勇气。四、教学重、难点:在仔细分析本课教学内容和尊重学生的学习特点的前提下,我设立的教学重点和教学难点分别是:Main points:1.Listen,speak,read and write five four-skill new words about seasons.学生能够听、说、读和写关于季节的五个四会新单词。2.Understand and use key sentences : Whats your favourite season? Whats the weather like in spring/summer/fall/winter? Then answer the questions correctly.学生理解和运用句型:你最喜欢的季节是什么?在春/夏/秋/冬天气怎么样?Difficult point: Be able to use the key sentences: “Whats your favourite season? Whats the weather like in spring?/”with your partner in real life.学生能够在实际中使用两个句型:“Whats your favourite season? Whats the weather like in spring?/”,并能够和伙伴们进行交流沟通,达到学以致用的目的。五、教学方法:Task-based teaching method六、学法: TPR【设计意图】依据小学生好奇、好动、模仿力强、表现欲旺盛等特点,我主要采取了任务型教学模式和TPR全身反应法贯穿于教学中,指导学生通过感知、体验、实践、参与多种形式活动,从而突破重、难点,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。七、教具:CAI 八、教学过程:Step 1 Warm up &Revision 营造氛围,激趣导课。(1)师生共同唱歌时学生准备上课。(2)学生看中国地图相互使用已学句型:“Whats the weather like in?”问答,强化巩固记忆。3.学生跟读课件中儿歌,边读边做,复习有关天气特征的单词。 【设计意图】Well begun, half done.课前教师通过歌曲导入,师生对话,诵读儿歌,唱唱、说说、动动,营造活跃的课堂氛围,吸引学生注意力,暗示他们即将进行课堂教学,把学生无序的课前兴奋状态调整到正常的学习活动中来。Step2 Presentation and practice 深入学习,合作互动。(1)Lets learn'si:zn引出新单词 season 出示国际音标 ,学生在录音及教师示范下学习该单词。Read the title of Unit 2 My Favourite Season.Look at the different pictures of the seasons.看图学新单词。a. Teach new word: spring.T: Its warm. The trees are green. What season is it? Its spring. Spring is coming .Look and guess: Whats the meaning of the word” spring”?Read and spell the word:“spring.”b. T: Look! Its hot. So many lotus flowers are here and there .They are very beautiful. What season is it? Its summer. Summer is coming. Guess the meaning of the word “summer”.Read and spell the word“summer”.c. T: Attention! Its cool. The leaves are yellow. They are falling. What season is it? Its fall. Fall is coming. Learn the new word “fall” in this way above.d. Some students try to describe the picture of winter like the way.e.g. Its cold. The snow whitened at the top of the trees. What season is it? Its winter. Winter is coming. Learn the new word “winter” in this way above.e. Look and find.T says the word and Ss find out it.T says the word in Chinese and Ss say it in English. season summer spring winter fall( autumn)听儿歌进一步理解、巩固和掌握四季的单词。【设计意图】结合图片、国际音标及单词和视频,给学生单词音、形、义三方面强烈印象,同时学后立即练习易起到巩固记忆的作用。(2) Learn the key sentences: Whats your favourite season? Whats the weather like in spring/summer.?(不同季节天气情况)出示CAI,教师举例示范后,学生之间采取小组合作的方式,在场景中使用目标语言,在完成 “Lets find out”任务中达到熟练掌握的目的。e.g. S1: Whats your favourite season?S2: Spring.S1:Whats the weather like in spring?S2:Its warm and rainy. Whats your favourite season?S1:.(3) Lets chant 【设计意图】琅琅上口的儿歌,有助于学生深入了解四季的景色特点和天气特征。)(4)Extension 拓展部分 warm hot cool cold【设计意图】warm,hot,cool ,cold和sunny,windy,cloudy,rainy,snowy这两组表示温度和天气特征的单词组合可以表示丰富的含义。如:秋高气爽 sunny and cool 春意盎然 sunny and warm 夏日炎炎 sunny and hot 冰天雪地 snowy and cold秋风阵阵 windy and cool 春雨沙沙 rainy and warm(5)Lets singT: Lets have a rest. OK? Now sing the song after the tape.【设计意图】学生在紧张的学习间隙中得到精神的放松,身心的愉悦。Step 3 Consolidation and extension. 检测、评价相结合,学有方向。 What have you learned in todays class?【设计意图】帮助学生将本课的信息进行加工、储存,记忆在心。 Lets have a test.【设计意图】美国著名科学家爱因斯坦曾说过:“最重要的教育方法总是鼓励学生去实际行动。”通过检测,教师获取学生对知识的掌握的准确信息,学生自己能正确地评估个人学习效果。 English saying. 【设计意图】补充英语谚语丰富学生课外知识,开阔他们的视野。Step 4 Board design. 课堂总结,学有所知。 season spring summer fall winter Whats your favourite season?= Which season do you like best? Whats the weather like in spring?/summer?【设计意图】有助于帮助学生及时小结和巩固所学的知识内容,加深记忆。Step 5 Homework. 课后巩固,加深记忆。1. Learn five new words by your heart and copy them for two times for each one.2.Try to talk about four seasons to your friends or parents with the key sentences.Step 6 Assessment.积极评价,获取信心。学生根据课堂发言和检测情况,给自己画五角星,同时汇总教师发放的五角星进行评价,以评价促发展,激发学习动机。Step 7 Teaching reflection 反思教学,扬长避短。 教师注意课堂各步骤环环相扣,相信学生的潜能是巨大的,努力依照教师是教学中的点拨人和指导者,学生是学习的主人翁和实践者原则,强调学生在课堂上多说、多练、多思考、多活动,在展现自我和倾听别人过程中获取更多的知识,由于多数学生配合默契,教师较为圆满地完成了学习任务,但个别学生参与学习属于倾听他人时候多,自由主动表达时候少,对知识的掌握不够扎实,前学后忘,口语表达能力和笔试能力需教师课后不断地加强和训练。
