Unit 7 Why do you like pandas?【第四课时】【教学目标】1语言知识目标:(1)复习本单元所学的动物的名称以及描述动物的形容词。(2)能正确运用所学的相关知识描述动词,表达自己的喜好。(3)通过不同方式的练习来熟练表达自己的喜好及描述不同的动物。2情感态度价值观目标:动物和人类都生活在同一地球上,动物是我们的朋友。我们人类应该与动物和谐相处,共同生存。我们应当学会关爱动物,保护动物。爱护动物,爱护自然,就是爱护人类自己。【教学重难点】1教学重点:(1)能根据相关提示词来描述动物的特性及来自哪里。(2)能运用自己所学的知识来描述一些自己熟悉的动物。(3)通过做不同形式的练习来熟练运用本单元所学的知识。2教学难点:运用自己所学的相关知识来介绍或描述某个动物。【教学过程】I. Warming- up and revision.1Have a dictation of the words and expressions learned in period 3.2Let some Ss retell the article in 2b. (according to the map in 2c)II. Presentation.1Show some pictures on the big screen. Learn the new sentence structures.(A beautiful butterfly.) Isn't it beautiful?(A tall tree.) Is it tall?2Ss try to understand the use of the sentence structures. Then try to make their own sentences. III. Practice.1T: Becky is Jill's favorite animal.
