As a subject providing professional services for international business activities, business English is attracting more and more attention. China is in urgent need of inter-disciplinary talents with solid English foundation, intercultural communication ability and professional business knowledge. Therefore, current business English teaching should pay more attention to this aspect of training.In traditional teaching, language and culture are separated. The Definition of Business English and Business Culture Business English is a comprehensive discipline that takes linguistics as the leading factor and absorbs research methods from other disciplines. Its basic purpose is to improve cross-cultural communication ability in business situations and is mainly about the actual use of English in business trade and social activities. From this explanation, we can see that business English teaching should not only attach importance to the teaching of professional knowledge, but also to the cultivation of students' business culture awareness. The three should complement each other and are indispensable. The ultimate goal of business English teaching is to cultivate compound talents who understand international business rules and grasp the cultural characteristics of all ethnic groups in the world. Whether we can overcome cultural barriers and avoid cultural conflicts is the key to the smooth development of international business activities. Therefore, it is becoming more and more important to strengthen the cultivation of business culture awareness in business English teaching.Culture is a general and abstract concept. It represents the spiritual carrier of people and embodies the value of peoples lives. Besides, culture is a mode of learning behavior. In business English, business culture involves the different cultures of China and foreign countries, which are reflected in the traditional business customs and business etiquette of different nationalities and countries.Culture is conceptual value and sensory impression, including abstract sensory value and the perception of the world reflected in people's behavior. Because of the existence of culture, the world becomes more colorful. People can communicate through culture. To some extent, culture is communication. Every culture in the world has its own unique language. This language is made up of ideals, values, beliefs, traditions, and other attributes that make up the nature of a person's communication style. Understanding the way communication works in a culture not only allows people to communicate a message in an expected way, but also helps people identify differences and similarities in many cultures. Miscommunication or ignorance by a cultural group can lead to segregation, division and war. Humans can discover culture through communication. In addition, people can find ways to communicate in the culture. Culture and communication go hand in hand. In other words, culture is a key factor in communication. Language is one of the manifestations of culture. Language is the embodiment of culture and one of the manifestations of culture. Due to the differences in language environment, customs and business etiquette, in English and Chinese cultures, the meaning expressed by business English and Chinese appear to be the same on the surface, but the actual meaning is different. This is the difference in language and culture. Therefore, in the process of business English teaching, the cultivation of business culture awareness is one of the compulsory courses. Teaching and research on business English has also begun to be concerned by scholars. International business English has gradually become a hot topic in domestic universities. With the rapid economic development, China's foreign cooperation and exchanges in various fields are increasingly frequent. The training requirements for foreign language talents in the 21st century are comprehensive, which mainly include: foreign language foundation, foreign language professional knowledge and foreign language application ability. These three aspects are mapped into business English teaching and reflected in three aspects: the background knowledge of business English, the use of language in business English and the ability to communicate in business English. The background knowledge of business English is related to the proportion of students in class and their position. The use of language in business English includes learning common sentence patterns and vocabulary in English.Business English communicative competence mainly refers to the skills needed in business communication. The competence in this aspect includes both linguistic and non-linguistic aspects.Business English teaching objectives include the above aspects, but in the actual business English teaching, most business English teachers still focus on vocabulary, grammar and text understanding of business English in class, which greatly improves the learners' linguistic competence, but the cultivation of non-linguistic competence, such as cultural awareness, has not changed. Business English plays a special role in international business culture communication, containing strong business atmosphere and business culture. It has different characteristics according to different countries' business habits. It is an important task to cultivate students' business awareness in business English teaching. While cultivating business language and culture, we should strengthen the cultivation of students' business awareness and enhance their business communication ability. Only in this way can they better communicate with foreign guests and better carry out business activities. However, most English teachers only pay attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and the understanding of words, grammar and phonetics in class. Although students have a solid theoretical knowledge, they know little about the cultural part or even have no concept. As a result, many students have achieved excellent results in school, but only after taking part in the work can they find that learning these words, words, sentences and grammar well does not play a great role in their work. When they are really communicating, they will encounter difficulties, causing communication obstacles or unnecessary misunderstandings and conflicts. Most westerners have a unit time concept, and their time concept is usually gold. Money, in their view, time is money, so westerners pay attention to work. Western bosses always keep quite a wide distance from their subordinates when talking to them. However, the space for equal social status parties to talk is relatively reduced.
