Under the new curriculum reform, we should pay attention to the cultivation and exercise of students' English autonomous learning ability. With the development of modern network, the access of educational resources gradually gets rid of the limitation of time and space. In this study, 435 junior middle school students were investigated by questionnaire. This paper probes into the influence of modern network environment on junior middle school students' English autonomous learning ability. By analyzing the results of the investigation, this paper expounds the influence of network environment on English learning, and aims to help junior middle school students make more effective use of modern network in the process of autonomous learning. DefinitionNetwork environment is always related to a certain space or scope, there are large and small. From a small perspective, the network environment can be understood as “a place where learners can use a variety of tools and information resources to cooperate and support each other in the problem solving activities”. from a large perspective, the network environment includes the whole virtual and reality world, that is “cyberspace”. That is to say, the network environment is not only refers to a place where the interactive effect between the network resource and the network tool , but also includes the learning atmosphere, the learner motivation, the interpersonal relationship, the teaching strategies and other forms. From the perspective of learning design, the network environment is more about the combination of network resources and network tools. Network environment refers to the situation and condition that network learners rely on in the process of learning activities. Its not only refers to the material conditions that support the learning process, but also includes immaterial conditions such as learning strategies、interpersonal relationships、learning psychology and learning atmosphere.The definition of autonomous learning by foreign scholars mainly includes the following aspects: (1) Learners' sense of self-responsibility for learning, this especially behaves in establishing their own learning goals according to the actual situation, determine the content and progress of learning, choose learning methods and skills, reasonable monitoring of learning steps (learning rhythm, time, place, etc.)And evaluate the contents that have already mastered; (2) Learners can critically reflect on the learning process and independently discover and solve problems. (3) Learners are always take an active part in the learning process, rather than passively relying on teachers, waiting for teachers to impart knowledge. Professor Chen Shuiqing believes that autonomous learning is an organization for students to lead their own learning. It is a constructive process about learning goals, processes and self-design, self-management, self-regulation, autonomous testing, autonomous evaluation,and autonomous change. Online autonomous learning means that learners use and regulate their own metacognition, motivation and behavior to learn online courses with the help of online media. The characteristics of the network itself play a strong supporting role in autonomous learning. B. Patterns and advantages of autonomous learning in the context of the network environmentCompared with the traditional distance education, such as correspondence education and TV teaching, online learning has a great advantage in the richness of learning resources、the participants' participation and the evaluation of learning effect. Online learning has developed into the most important form of distance education. Most of the online learning research points to the online learning elements, such as curriculum resources, educators, learners, management, technology and so on. In recent years, the rapid rise of the wave of MOOC is to reorganize the online learning patterns of various disciplines, and focus the research and practice of online learning on the curriculum itself.Autonomous learning in the context of the network environment is a learning method make use of the technical basis of online learning, which is combine individualized、active and scientification. Autonomous learning on the Internet conforms to the characteristics of autonomous learning in connotation. In form, it accords with the characteristics of online learning, so it can be regarded as the product of the combination of online learning and autonomous learning. It makes autonomous learning as a effective learning patterns and spirit have been further developed in the new technical conditions.The advantages of autonomous learning in the context of the network environment are shown in the following aspects: (1) There are more practical opportunities for English learners. The emergence of online learning software makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching. It overcomes the problem that traditional teaching can not increase the intensity and time of listening and speaking training. By using the online learning software in this way, students' training can be carried out independently at any time, anywhere. (2) To carry on the equal communication under the network environment, help to improve the students' ability of listening, speaking and expressing. Using the existing network technology to establish the virtual language environment can make up the deficiency of the traditional language teaching environment. This environment will be conducive to cultivate students' ability of listening and speaking and expressing. (3) The real network environment can create the real language environment. The real language material presented in the network environment is undoubtedly a very good news for those learners who lack the real language environment. (4) The emergence of network platform promotes learners' interest in learning.It is different from the traditional classroom, learners can choose the right time and learning method flexibly to study according to their own needs. The effect of learning depends on the students' ability of self-control.II. Analyzing the present situation about autonomous learning -Take the junior middle school students of Xinxing school as an example In conventional English teaching, it is the responsibility of English teachers to cultivate students' ability of autonomous learning. In the process of teaching, English teachers should create conditions, environment and atmosphere of autonomous learning for students. In order to find out the development level of junior middle school students' ability of autonomous learning and the present situation level of mastering learning strategies, and aiming at the problems of junior middle school students' ability of autonomous learning. In November 15th 2017, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 435 junior middle school students in Xinxing school. I hope to find out the present situation of junior middle school students' English autonomous learning. Representative examples are used as analysis samples for reference.A. Weak autonomous learning consciousness The consciousness of autonomous learning is a psychological tendency of learners to learn consciously and actively, which is closely related to the ability of autonomous learning. Only have the consciousness of autonomous learning can we develop the behavior of autonomous learning and achieve good grade. However, the results of the survey show that most students have a weak sense of autonomous learning. Only 12.27% of the students carry out their daily study plan strictly. For study time, only 29.87% of the students want to be independent. In class time, Only 28.8% of the students are able to think actively and listen with doubt. Only 9.33% percent of students will check their capital if they encounter problems that have never met, then thinking and solving. But only 5.6% of the students in their spare time are used for learning. It can be seen that students' consciousness of autonomous learning is not strong. This is related to the self-control of students', learning interest and learning ability. At the same time, it is closely related to the teaching method of teachers'、teaching content and learning environment of school. Of course, as a new medium, the Internet has great influence.B. Inactive learning attitude. According to the survey, 35.73% of the students randomly plan their study every day. 8.53% of the students never plan. Most students spend less than 3 hours studying after class every day, and 42.4% of the students spend 1-3 hours each day. 22.67% of the students spent less than an hour. 31.47% of the students spent their time studying mainly on course homework, while only 9.07% of the students spent their time preparing or reviewing. 49.07% of the students just glanced through the textbooks before class. Only 14.67% and 9.33% of the students try to understand the new knowledge and find the inner parts of the chapters before and after. For the knowledge learned in class, only 10.67% of the students actively review, and 73.07% of the students review only by their homework, they are in a passive learning state.C. Useless learning plan The study plan is the student's daily study arrangement, has the plan and carries out strictly according to the plan, can study methodically, and achieves the twice the result with half the effort. According to the survey result, 26.4% of the students make a study plan every term, 21.6% of the students make a study plan every month, 24.8% of the students make a study plan every week, 14.13% of the students make a study plan every day. It can be seen that most of the students have the habit of making a study plan, and only 13.07% of the students never make a study plan. However, for the daily study plan, Only 12.27% of the students carry out the plan strictly, while 43.47% of the students rarely carry out the plan. This indicates that the study plan is not fully utilized and in a virtual state.D. Lacking systematic learning method Learning methods affect learning effects, and learning effects affect students' enthusiasm. Now, most of the students' learning methods lack systematic. First of all, the study plan can not be carried out effectively. Only 12.27% of the students carry out the plan. 57.87% of the students think that they should have a certain degree of control over their study time. The second performance is neglecting the preparation before class, 29.51% and 50% of the students who are in the middle and low grades never preview. The third is that the review after class is not attached importance, and 73.07% of the students will never review before they have homework, and 16.27% of the students will never review. The fourth is not paying attention to the process of the summary of the knowledge learned, the process of summing up the knowledge is actually the process of the students taking the initiative to construct the knowledge,the process of systematizing and ordering the knowledge learned, and being able to digest the knowledge in their own way, then improve the learning efficiency and learning effect, 59.47% of the students only summed up when there were problems, and did not form a good study habit of digesting and systematizing the knowledge learned in time.III.
