放散烟囱点火三通阀组处工艺流程图(见附页)2.4工艺介绍2.4.1由炼钢厂一次烟气除尘风机房后的三通切换阀出口总管、水封逆止阀来的转炉煤气经2020×8管道送至八万立方米转炉煤气柜,经柜后电除尘净化,加压站升压,送入高炉煤气管网。2.4.2本站设有八万立方米威金斯转炉煤气柜一座,SDB25-18型湿法电除尘2台(一用一备),MZ300-1800型鼓风机3台(二用一备)。2.4.3本站采用两路电源供电。由3200高压配电室来的6kV高压电经本站1台800kVA电力变压器降至380V低压电供站内使用。本站另一路电源来自11#水源井,380伏,30-40KVA直接供低压配电柜,特殊情况下作为保安电源或站内检修使用。2.4.4本站用氮气(包括三通阀处)来自钢424-425支架上氮气主管,管径DN100,压力0.65MPa。2.4.5生产净化水来自公司一类水主管网,管径DN200,压力0.5MPa。2.4.6生产、生活蒸汽分别来自球团627支架处生产、生活蒸汽主管网,生产管径为DN80,生活管径为DN50,压力均为(0.2-0.5) MPa。2.4.7本站电除尘喷淋产生的污水,经站内污水处理进行循环使用。2.4.8三通阀处介质及动力来源2.4.8.1回收炼钢1#、2#、3#、4#转炉冶炼时产生的转炉煤气。2.4.8.2三通阀岗位380V电源来自炼钢动力作业区配电室。2.4.8.3蒸汽来自钢424-425支架DN250的生产蒸汽管道,压力(0.2-0.4 封气柜进、出口U型水封,回流管电动蝶阀关,开气柜进、出口U型管、回流管电动蝶阀靠气柜侧放散管,开气柜紧急放散管将柜内气体排出,使柜位接近一米(注意:柜内压力不得低于一级压力,控制气柜下降速度防止T档板与T档板支架、活塞与柜底板冲撞),关上述所有放散管。5.1.1.3 开柜前管主通氮阀,向柜内通入氮气。5.1.1.4 用氮气使气柜升至1万立方米,依次开气柜本体紧急放散管(注意:柜内压力不得低于一级压力,控制气柜下降速度防止活塞与柜底板冲撞),使柜位接近一米,关所有放散管。5.1.1.5 重复5.1.1.4项操作,直至柜内和气柜进、出口U型水封、回流管蝶阀靠气柜侧放散管处取样分析氧含量小于2%为止。5.1.1.6 继续通氮气将气柜升到2万立方米。5.1.1.7 开气柜进、出口U型水封。5.1.1.8 开通柜前管,开转炉一次风机房2个接口处放散管,用柜内合格氮气对柜前管进行吹扫,取样分析,氧含量小于2%为止。关转炉一次风机房2个接口处放散管。5.1.1.9 开通柜后管到加压站低压管(开1#、2#电除尘出、入口盲板,开电除尘出、入口阀,开电除尘旁通阀),开加压站低压管末端放散管和1#、2#电除尘本体放散管,用柜内合格氮气对柜后管到加压站低压管进行吹扫,分别取样分析,氧含量小于2%为止,关加压站低压管末端放散管和1#、2#电除尘本体放散管。对1#、2#电除尘共8个绝缘子箱分别进行氮气吹扫氧含量小于2%。5.1.1.10 开通加压站内到加压站出口盲板处管道(依次开1#3#鼓风机进出口盲板、蝶阀,机前调节阀,加压站出口蝶阀、调节阀),用柜内合格氮气对加压站内、出口盲板处管道进行吹扫,分别在加压站高压管末端、出口管道盲板靠加压站侧末端放散管处取样分析,氧含量小于2%为止。关加压站高压管末端放散管。5.1.1.11 开通回流管(开回流管蝶阀、调节阀),用柜内合格氮气对回流管进行吹扫,在加压站出口盲板靠加压站侧末端放散管处取样分析氧含量小于2%为止,关该处放散管。关回流管调节阀。5.1.1.12 站内所有水槽、U型管的排气头、仪器仪表导管放气10分钟后关闭。5.1.1.13 关闭煤气柜通氮阀,停氮气,断开通氮气软管。至此煤气柜、加压站、电除尘、回流管、站内高压煤气管处理空气合格。5.1.1.14 开球602支架处转炉煤气管道的煤气放散管,开出站阀门,用氮气置换该段管道,在放散阀处检测氧含量小于2%为和格,关闭该放散管阀门。5.1.2系统送煤气操作(见工艺流程图)5.1.2.1 封气柜出口U型水封、回流管蝶阀关。开气柜进口U型水封,开柜进口蝶阀。关柜前放散管阀门。5.1.2.2 依次开气柜紧急放散管将柜位降到一米,(注意:柜内压力不得低于一级压力,控制气柜下降速度,防止T档板与T档板支架、活塞与柜底板冲撞),关上述所有放散管。5.1.2.3 联系三通阀岗位进行转炉煤气回收。5.1.2.4 当气柜升至2万立方米时,重复5.1.2.2和5.1.2.3操作,直到取柜内煤气样做爆发试验合格。5.1.2.5 开气柜出口阀、出口U型水封。5.1.2.6 开加压站低压管末端放散管和1#、2#电除尘本体放散管进行煤气赶氮气操作,分别在这三个点做爆发试验合格后关该放散管。5.1.2.7 开加压站高压管末端、出口管盲板靠加压站侧放散管,对加压站进行煤气赶氮气操作,分别在加压站高压管末端、出口管盲板靠加压站侧放散管处做爆发试验,合格后关高压管末端放散管。5.1.2.8 开回流蝶阀,在加压站高压管出口盲板靠加压站侧放散管处做爆发试验,合格后关该放散管。5.1.2.9 站内所有水槽、U型管的排气头、仪器仪表导管依次放气10分钟后关闭。5.1.2.10 至此煤气柜、加压站、电除尘、回流管、站内高压煤气管送煤气合格。5.1.2.11 用煤气置换球602支架至站内转炉煤气管道。5.1.2.12 所有设备恢复,处于备用状态。5.2系统停煤气操作5.2.1 确认所有转炉三通阀打放散位置,所有水封逆止阀关,水封逆止阀水位在高位。5.2.2 转炉煤气回收/拒收选择开关打拒收位置。5.2.3 关闭3#、4#盲板阀,并用氮气置换水封逆止阀至盲板阀间的煤气管道。5.2.4 封柜入口管U型水封并打开其西侧煤气放散管,稍开2个水封逆止阀处放散管,关闭2#阀,打开1#阀,从三通阀岗位处通入氮气对柜前管道进行置换,直到各放散管处理煤气合格、O2小于2%。之后开柜前U型水封,关闭柜前所有的煤气放散管,让氮气进柜。5.2.5 关12#、14#蝶阀,关闭球602支架处堵盲板阀。5.2.6 开柜本体放散管,使气柜降至5000立方米,封气柜出口U型水封、关回流管蝶阀。5.2.7 开气柜紧急放散管将气柜降至接近零位(注意控制气柜下降速度,防止T档板与T档板支架、活塞与柜底板冲撞,保持柜内压力不低于100Pa),关紧急放散管。5.2.8 开气柜通氮阀,使气柜升至5000立方米,依次开气柜本体紧急放散管及气柜进、出口U型水封、回流管蝶阀靠气柜侧放散管(保持柜内压力不低于100Pa),关各放散管5.2.9 重复5.2.8项操作,直至气柜进、出口U型水封、回流管蝶阀靠气柜侧放散管、柜内取样CO小于24ppm为止。5.2.10 继续向柜内通氮气,使气柜升至2万立方米以上。5.2.11 开气柜出口U型水封,开通柜后管到加压站低压管(确认柜出口阀开,开1#、2#电除尘出、入口盲板,开电除尘出、入口阀,开电除尘旁通阀),开加压站低压管末端放散管和1#、2#电除尘本体放散管,用柜内合格氮气对柜后管到加压站低压管进行吹扫,分别取样分析,CO小于24ppm为止。关加压站低压管末端放散管和1#、2#电除尘本体放散管。对1#、2#电除尘共8个绝缘子箱分别进行氮气吹扫确认CO小于24ppm为止。5.2.12 开通加压站内到加压站出口14#阀(依次开1#3#鼓风机进出口盲板、蝶阀,机前调节阀,加压站出口蝶阀、调节阀)前煤气放散管,用氮气进行吹扫直至合格。5.2.13 开通回流管(开回流管蝶阀、调节阀),用柜内合格氮气对回流管进行吹扫直至合格。关回流管调节阀。5.2.14用氮气置换球602支架至站内转炉煤气管道直至合格。5.2.15 待加压站处理完煤气后,启动鼓风机向柜内强制送风。5.2.16当气柜升至5000立方米后开气柜紧急放散管及气柜进、出口U型水封、回流管靠气柜侧放散管(保持柜内压力不低于100Pa),关各放散管,重复此操作直到柜内取样是空气。5.2.17停止鼓风机向柜内强制送风。开气柜人孔,处理煤气完毕。 5.3系统正常操作 5.3.1气柜回收操作5.3.1.1 检查气柜各辅助设施运行正常,气柜密封完好,仪器仪表完好,显示正常,报警联锁完好,气柜各运行参数值均在规定范围内。5.3.1.2检查气柜回收通道畅通,柜前U型水封已撤除,各有关安全联锁已投入运行。5.3.1.3 联系三通阀岗位,同意回收转炉煤气,选择“回收”信号,反馈三通阀岗位,并监视三通阀岗位发出的“正在回收”信号及气柜回收时的运行情况。5.3.1.4 柜容7万立方米时,在自动状态下联锁将动作,控制三通阀岗位水封逆止阀、三通阀关闭,若自动失灵,则采用联络信号或电话联系向三通阀岗位发出“拒绝回收”信号。柜容7.2万立方米时,在自动状态下柜入口阀联锁关闭,柜前放散管阀自动打开。5.3.1.5 当柜容降至1.3万m3 时,视具体情况,控制转炉煤气送量以减缓气柜下降速度,当柜容降至1万立方米时,转炉煤气加压机将联锁停机,电除尘联锁掉电。当联锁停机失灵时,应采用手动停机。5.3.2气柜停止回收操作5.3.2.1 当气柜柜容7万立方米或因故无法回收时,应联系三通阀岗位说明情况,发出“拒收”信号,并视具体情况要求三通阀岗位关水封逆止阀、关三通阀。5.3.2.2 当进柜煤气温度超过70时,应拒收煤气。5.3.2.3柜前管道内应处于正压状态。当气柜柜容降至1万立方米时,停止向外送气。5.3.2.4当柜前氧含量大于2%时,在自动状态下,联锁三通阀打到放散位置,关水封逆止阀。柜入口阀联锁关闭,柜前放散管阀自动打开。5.3.2.5当柜前煤气压力大于4200 Pa时,在自动状态下联锁三通阀打放散侧。5.3.2.6当柜入口阀离开开极限时,在自动状态下联锁三通阀、水封逆止阀关闭。5.3.3气柜运行操作5.3.3.1气柜在1.36.7万立方米之间运行。(第一次柜容高报警6.3万立方米,可解除报警。第二次柜容高报警6.7万立方米,不可解除报警。柜容达到7万立方米以上,联锁信号致使水封逆止阀、三通阀关闭。柜容达到7.2万立方米联锁信号致使柜入口阀关闭,柜前放散管阀打开。第一次柜容低报警1.5万立方米,可解除报警。第二次柜容低报警1.3万立方米,不可解除报警。当柜容低于1万立方米,自动联锁鼓风机停机。5.3.3.2气柜运行速度控制在不大于4m/min。5.3.3.3气柜进口煤气温度不高于70。5.3.3.4气柜内活塞上部CO含量大于50ppm声光报警。5.3.3.5气柜进口煤气氧含量大于1.5%报警,氧含量大于2%报警并自动联锁三通阀岗位水封逆止阀、三通阀关闭,柜入口阀关闭,柜前放散管阀打开、电除尘掉电。5.3.3.6气柜进口管煤气压力超过4200Pa,联锁信号至使三通阀打放散侧。5.3.3.7
