学校物资保管安全管理制度1、学校购买物品严格领导审批手续,固定资产及时进入物资账,保管人员的账册必须和会计室的账吻合。2、保管人员按学校规定健全物资保管账册,进出库手续齐全、账物相符、不出差错。3、贵重物资、易燃、易爆、剧毒物品,要更加严格管理,不得随便散失,严格领用审批制。4、各组室的物资均有专人负责保管,门、箱、橱上的钥匙由专人保存,领用、借用手续齐全,防盗、防护设施配齐,不使物资受损失。5、保管人员要随手关好门窗,发现不安全因素,必须及时采取整改措施。校园交通安全管理制度一、机动车出入校门按门卫管理制度执行。本校公务用车和教职工、长期业务合作单位等持有校园通行证的车辆,进入校门时应减速慢行,门卫验证后通行;校外机动车辆一般不得进入校园,确需进入校园的,必须得到联系人或关联单位确认并办理登记手续后方可进入,出门时应自觉接受门卫检查;车辆进入校园后应按规定路线行驶,在指定位置停放。出租车原则上不可进入校园,经门卫核实有以下情况之一者可以进入:师生急事预约的;老、弱、病、残等行动不便的;其他特殊情况的。二、非机动车出入校门,骑车人须下车推行。三、机动车进入学院后须服从执勤人员的指挥、检查和管理,按照校园交通标志、标线行驶和停放,严禁在行车道上乱停乱放,阻碍交通。四、机动车在学院内行驶时,须减速慢行,时速不得超过5 公里/小时,主动避让行人,禁止鸣笛,严禁在体育活动场所等禁止通行的区域内行驶。五、所有车辆在学院内须按规定地点停放,禁止在主干道、消防通道和其他严禁停车区域。六、任何单位和个人不得在学院内道路上无证驾车、教练和试刹车。七、学院内大型活动或其它特殊情况,需改变行驶和停车区域的,由学校批准和调度。八、对无锁、无牌照、有撬痕及行迹可疑的所有车辆,学校有权审查和扣留九、学院内设立的交通设施,未经保卫部门批准,任何单位或个人不得移动或损坏。文档编码:CZ5Q3A4K8W8 ZV7H6W9P1L4食品安全管理制度为切实加强我校食品安全管理,确保在校师生的饮食安全,制定了以下十一个有关学校食品安全管理制度,同时重申以下管理意见。一、严格执行相关法律及规定,学校食堂必须取得卫生许可证后方可经营。二、食品从业人员每年体检一次身体,持有效的健康证和培训合格证后方可上岗,上岗时必须穿戴整洁的工作衣帽,保持个人卫生。三、建立食品原料进货查验制度,禁止采购无卫生许可证、无健康证商贩提供的食品;无商品标签或超过保存期限等“三无”的食品;未经有关部门检疫、不合格的畜禽肉类制品;腐败变质、油脂酸败、霉变、生虫、混有异物的食品及其它不符合卫生要求的食品。四、设立独立的食品库房,库内食品要分类存放,摆放整齐,做到先进先出,防止超期变质。五、食品的保存、清洗、切配过程要做到生熟分开,冰柜、用具、容器应有生熟标记,不得使用塑料容器盛放熟食品。六、食品的营养要搭配合理,符合学生生长发育的需求。七、厨师操作前要对食品、半成品的质量严格检查,对不符合烧煮、烹调要求的食品不准进行烹调加工。烧煮时,应将食品上下翻动,使食品各部位都能受热,防止食物中毒事故的发生。八、公共餐具必须经过严格的清洗消毒后方可使用。九、学校每餐、每样食品按要求进行留样,分别留足100g盛放在己消毒的留样盒中,标明留样时期、品名、餐次、留样人后存入冰箱内,并作好留样记录。留样食品必须保留48小时,保存期内未发现食文档编码:CZ5Q3A4K8W8
