    1 考勤管理方法暂行二 一 七 年 三 月第一章 总则2 第一条为标准公司考勤管理,严肃工作纪律,提高工作效率,保持良好的工作秩序,依据中华人民共和国劳动法和省公司考勤管理制度,结合分公司实际情况,特制定本方法。第二条本方法适用于xxxx全体在岗职工。第三条职责分工1、综合行政部是公司考勤管理和监督的归口管理部门,负责公司考勤管理方法的建立,执行情况的监督和管理工作。2、计划财务部负责职工考勤结果与绩效成绩关联的奖金核算工作。3、分公司各部门是考勤工作的执行单位。各部门主任负责人是部门考勤工作的第一责任人,负责部门的考勤管理工作。第二章 天不再区分早晚婚,婚假期间工资和绩效奖金正常发放。2、丧假:职工办理亲属指祖父母、父母、岳父母、公婆、配偶、子女或依靠职工本人供养的养父母、弟、妹死亡时,可核给丧假,丧假期限为 3 天,超过时间按事假办理。丧假期间职工的工资和绩效奖金正常发放。3、产假:在公司工作的女职工,在符合计划生育政策前提下可核给 158天产假其中产前可以休假15 天。生育多胞胎的,每多生育 1 个婴儿,增加产假15 天;女职工怀孕未满4 个月流产的,享受15 天产假;怀孕满 4 个月流产的,享受42 天产假;在分公司工作的男职工在配偶生育期间可给予护理假15 天。休假期间职工的工资和绩效奖金正常发放。4、哺乳假:哺乳1 周岁以内婴儿的女职工,每天给予1 个小时哺乳时间,多胞胎生育的,每多1 胎,每天增加哺乳时间1 小时。休假期间职工的工资和绩效奖金正常发放。5、年休假:职工累计工作已满1 年不满 10 年的,年休假 5 天;已满 10 年不满 20 年的,年休假 10 天;已满 20 年的,年休假 15 号和相关规定执行。第七条病、事假一病假病假三天以上需有市级以上医院诊断书;二事假事假半天以内由部门主任批准,一天以内由主管经理批准,两天以上由经理批准;第四章职工请假管理第八条假期计算职工请假原则上不允许前、后跨越法定节假日。年休假、事假、婚假、丧假遇法定假日时,法定假日不计入假期,遇休息日计入假期。产假、病假、工伤假遇法定节假日和休息日均计入假期。职工在请假期间如要延长假期,需进行请示,未经同意者,一律按旷工处理。休假期满,未到达申请天数时,应及时向准假领导和综合行政部销假,提前销假者,按实际休假天数计算假期。第九条年休假的使用要求职工的年休假允许职工自由分配使用。单次使用年休假在5
