垂直循环式立体停车设备设计毕业设计论文.pdf
摘要现如今,越来越多的人成为了有车一族,而随着小汽车数量和房价不断飙升,停车难这一社会问题越来越凸显,而立体车库的出现必然可以缓解这样趋势,不仅节约了宝贵的土地资源,减少能耗,绿色环保,也让停车变得方便。停车方式也从单一的平面式转向立体式,相较以往更加合理,最大化的利用了土地,在停车场设计方面更是一次巨大的进步。本设计在国外已经有三四十年的发展史,已经日臻完善,也是未来发展的一个趋势。本设计,发扬了垂直循环式立体停车设备的优势,以其搭配灵活,占地面积小等特点,作为本次研究的对象。在本设计中提出了整个车库系统的传动结构、框架结构、车笼的尺寸等。并设计了链轮、传动轴、车笼、主框架和传动齿轮等,选用了输送链、电机、减速器等,确定了所有设计零件的材料及加工精度。关键词:垂直循环;立体停车设备;紧凑;节约;机械设计第 1 页,共 36 页Abstract Nowadays,more and more people become car owners,and as the number of cars and housing prices soaring,parking is difficult in this society more and more prominent,and the inevitable emergence of three-dimensional garage can alleviate this trend,not only saves valuable land resources,reduce energy consumption,environmental protection,but also to become convenient parking.Parking manner from a single three-dimensional plane steering,more reasonable compared to the past,to maximize the use of the land,in the parking lot design is a huge step forward.The design in foreign countries have a history of three or four years,it has been improving,a trend also in the future.This design,promote the advantages of vertical circulation parking equipment,with its mix of flexible,small footprint,etc.,as the object of this study.Proposed transmission structure,frame structure,the size of the entire cage car garage system,etc.In this design.And designed 第一章产品的概述1.1 产品前景的展望截至 2015底,我国的机动车保有量已达到2.79亿辆,这其中汽车的保有量从2004年的 2400 万辆增长到 2015 年的 1.72 亿辆,平均每百户家庭就拥有31 辆,全国机动车驾驶人数量已超3.2 亿人。随着经济的发展,以及油价的下跌,私家车的数量还将继续增加,然而,各地的停车位却供不应求,越来越多的汽车无处安放,越来越多的人有钱买车却无处停车,各个大城市里的天价车位也层出不穷,停车难困扰着人们,并且成为一个社会问题。在我国,大城市小汽车与停车位的比例为1:0.8,中小城市的小汽车与车位比为1:0.5,而这个数字在美国、日本等发达国家为1:1.3。就以北京为例,截至 2014 年 10月底,全市经营性停车位约171.3 万个,非经营性停车位 110 万个,总计 281.3 万个,而截至 2014 年 11 月,全市共有机动车561,1 万辆,停车位缺口达250 万个。而像深圳、广州、上海等城市停车位缺口均超150 万个。保守估计,我国停车位缺口超过5000 万个,并且有向三四线城市蔓延的趋势。车位不够用,随之而来许多问题,像占用盲道、人行道、消防通道,僵尸车霸占停车位,黑停车场坐地收费,路边停车费接连涨价等,不胜枚举。为了应对停车难,各大城市都在行动,如提高新建小区停车位配建比、修建停车场、发展公共交通等,但这些都并非一日之功,要见到成效还需要一些时间,想要快速解决停车难的问题,还是要用到本设计的产品立体循环式停车设备,即俗称的立体停车场。而像日本等国家,立体停车库已有三、四十年的发展历史,已成为解决停车难的一大利器。在我国,一般的老式小区几乎没有配备停车场的,车辆往往随意停放,即使是新建的小区在机动车日益增长的今天,也愈来愈难满足人们的需求。相对于露天停车库,立体停车库可以在原来两个至三个停车位的空间上停放十几甚至几十辆车,更有效的利用了空间。相较于地下停车库,则免除了通风、排水、照明等方面的负担,节约了第 类。(1)简易升降类机械式立体停车设备整机特点:车位分成二层或多层,1采用升降机构或俯仰机构使汽车存入或取出。简易升降类机械式停车设备一般为无人方式,即人离开后才移动汽车的方式。该类立体车库的特点是:结构简单、操作方便,多用于私人住宅、企业、地下室等。这样的停车设备可充分利用地下室空间场所,在面积一定时将至少增加二倍以上的停车位。构造简单实用,无需特殊地面基础要求。可任意迁移,搬迁安装容易。根据地面情况,独立及多台设备。备有专用锁匙开关,防止外人开动设备。车板防下滑保险装置防坠落。目前,简易升降式机械立体车库在停车设备的市场份额约占5-8%不足点:设备超过三层时,升降运行时摆动幅度过大,风力过大时会发生摇晃。(2)升降横移类机械式立体停车设备整机特点:梳齿交换方式的升降横移机械式立体停车设备,将现有的技术中载车板既能存放机车又能运送汽车的功能分开,仅在一些列设置运送汽车的列用公共升降车载装置和在存取车层设置列用公共纵移运车装置以及在层内设置存放汽车的纵移或横移存车装置,他们的载车板均为双排齿轮内或向外式机构,被存取的汽车在这些梳齿载车板之间进行 1-2 次交换就可以完成存取车的操作。有效利用空间,提高空间利用率达数倍。存取车快捷便利,独特跨梁设计,车辆出入无障碍。采用PLC控制,自动化程度高。环保节能,低噪音。人机界面好,多种操作方式可选配,操作简便。缺点:占地面积较大(3)平面移动类机械式立体停车设备整机特点:在同一层上用搬运台车或起重机平面移动车辆,或使存车板平面横移实现存取停放车辆的机械式停车设备。该类型特点:停车形式设计灵活,可以设计在建筑的中层,第
