7081,采用多斜积分转换技术。Solartron的万用表部门后被Schlumberger 收购。下图即为Solartron/Schlumberger推出的 7081。但现在 schlumberger的网页上已查不到7081,市面上只有二手流通。要了解 Schlumberger,就不得不提及Willtek,且看下面的介绍。威尔泰克通讯技术有限公司的发展轨迹可以追溯到1957 年,当时由一群工程师在慕尼黑南部创办了最初的公司。几年后该公司被Schlumberger 收购,并管理公司达36 年之久。1994 年 Schlumberger 把公司卖给了Wavetek 公司,同时将美国印第安那州的团队并入。1998 年,Wavetek 公司与德国的Wandel&Goltermann 公司合并成立WWG 公司。两年后美国Dynatech 公司买下了WWG 公司,并将它与其子公司TTC合并。Acterna 公司由此诞生,该公司在世界各地拥有员工4800 名。其无线网络部的一个分部无线电仪器部2001 年接管了英国的 Chase通讯公司以及它的无线空中接口业务。在 2002 年,Acterna 公司管理层通过MBO,剥离了它的无线仪器部门。2003 年 3 位半万用表。由于引进的早现国内仍有使用。网上关于 Prema 6048 的介绍很少,以下链接有比较详细的介绍。不过可惜的是,prema 目前已退出测试测量市场,关注于模拟IC 和混合信号ASIC和 ASSP市场,网站。也就是说目前市场上流通的prema 万用表均为二手。图 6 Prema 6408 Agilent在很早之前就推出了8 最大显示210,000,000,可测试DC/ACV,DC/ACI,R,F,T。温度测试支持RTD,热电偶两种传感器,而且在-200 1820测量范围内都保持了最小0.001 分辨率。但据说其电流档不怎么样。Fluke 8508A 最大显示199,999,999,可测试 DC/ACV,DC/ACI,R,T,不支持频率周期测量。定位为实验室参考级别的8508A的确有最宽的测量范围和最高准确度,尤其是电阻和电流档。电阻最高支持到 20G,电流档不需要分流器就能支持到20A。但其的缺点是测量速度慢,在8 位半模式下需要 6 秒才能得到一个读数。Agilent 3458A
