型钢,有行车梁,柱间距大部份为8m.3、施工部署3.1、为确保吊装工作顺利进行,应在安全、质量、进度等各方面都能达到理想状态,为此作如下部署:3.1.1.编制吊装方案,并报相关单位审定批准。3.1.2.对审定后的吊装方案,在方案实施的施工准备和吊装过程中,必须严格执行。3.1.3.吊装前必须完成施工区域的场地清障工作。3.1.4.吊装前准备好各类吊索具,并确认符合方案规定的要求。3.2、人员配备本单项工程现场施工总负责人全面负责协调、监督和指导各部门班组落实吊装方案的各项技术要求。相关部门班组配备必要的安全管理、作业人员等,总计管理人员4 吨的货车或者吊车通行,保证不陷车。4.2.卸货后,马上报验,待材料验收合格后进入下一步工序4.3.吊装前,复测基础标高,轴线复测,并做出记录,对于轴线偏差过大的,要进行处理,具体处理方法:用钢管套住地脚螺栓,向正确的方向扳,但不能用力过大。4.4.做好吊机的进场检验工作,确保起重机械各项性能良好。4.5 清除吊机转臂空间范围内障碍物,并用警示彩带设定警戒区域,非吊装施工人员严禁靠近。4.6
