年代迅速发展起来,但其造价高,且换相环节有不足,又有换向器和电刷,在运行中常出故障。自从1958 年世界上第一个晶闸管)的面市,晶闸管就以其在功率放大倍数、快速响应性、小功耗、高效率等方面的优越性迅速取代了机组和水银整流器。直流调速系统在6070 年代迅速发展起来,但其造价高,且换相环节有不足。与此相反,异步电动机具有结构简单,运行可靠,价格便宜等优点。但是交流电动机调速困难。自从上世纪80 年代初交流变频技术出现以来,使用变频调速器和调节器来进行交流电动机无级调速成为可能。随着第三代电力半导体器件如门极可关断晶闸管、绝缘栅双极晶体管的相继出现,交流变频调速技术得到了飞速发展。在结合现代微处理器控制技术、电力电子技术、电极传动技术的基础上,相继推出了一系列的变频器,且不断进行更新换代。这些高精度、多功能、智能化的变频器将调速效率和精度提高到了前所未有的水平。故交变频调速系统越来越成为当今社会,犹其在倡导节约型中国的今天!2 本课题的设计 研究)意义 相关技术的现状和发展趋势):交变频调速具有调速范围宽,稳速精度高,动态响应快,运行可靠等技术性能,已逐步取代直流电动机调速系统。然而目前的变频器大部分都是线路复杂,价格昂贵,常用于大、中功率的电动机。对于国内占有率极大的中、小型电动机采用这类变频器无疑是难以普及的。鉴于这种情况,我们设计了此种由 8098 单片机为主控制器的,具有高度灵活性和可靠性的低价格交流电动机变频调速系统。在本设计中以INTEL 公司的8098 单片机作主控制器,并且采用了功率晶体管作输出,具有完善的电流、电压、转速的检测和显示,以及过压,过流保护。另又增加了串行通讯口,采用两线制RS-485通讯结构。可靠通讯距离为1.2km,并且可加上中继来加长距离。该系统可方便的组网控制或组成分布式集散控制系统,也可单独作为直接控制器来使用。电路中还采用了美国达拉斯公司最新生产的时钟芯片DS-12887,内含 128 字节的不挥发 单片机为主控制器的,具有高度灵活性和可靠性的低价格交流电动机变频调速系统。在本设计中以INTEL公司的 8098 单片机作主控制器,并且采用了功率晶体管作输出,具有完善的电流、电压、转速的检测和显示,以及过压,过流保护。另又增加了串行通讯口,采用两线制RS-485通讯结构。可靠通讯距离为1.2km,并且可加上中继来加长距离。该系统可方便的组网控制或组成分布式集散控制系统,也可单独作为直接控制器来使用。电路中还采用了美国达拉斯公司最新生产的时钟芯片DS-12887,内含 128 字节的不挥发
