f、安全事故应急救援预案;(2)工程变更设计单位对原设计存在的缺陷提出的工程变更,应编制设计变更文件;建设单位或承包单位提出的工程变更,应提交总监理工程师,由总监理工程师组织专业监理工程师审查。审查同意后应由建设单位转交原设计单位编制设计变更文件。在总监理工程师签发工程变更单之前,承包单位不得实施工程变更。提出工程变更的单位填报“工程联系单,未经总监理工程师审查同意而实施的工程变更,不予进行计量和核审付款。(3)材料(产品)报验承包单位拟进场的工程材料(构配件、设备),应先向监理工程师报审,填报“工程材料/构配件/设备报审表”,并附数量清单、质量证明文件和自检结果。监理工程师进行审核、并对进场的实物按照委托监理合同约定或有关工程质量管理文件规定的比例采用平行检验或见证取样方式进行抽检。监理工程师签署同意进场和使用的意见后方可进场使用;对未经监理人员验收或验收不合格的,监理人员拒绝签认,并签发监理工程师通知单,书面通知承包单位限期将不合格的材料(构配件、设备)撤出现场。(4)工程报验一个检验批或分项工程完成、后续工程开始前,施工单位自检合格后,向监理工程师提交工程报验申请表和自检结果,专业监理工程师进行现场检查,符合要求予以签认。对未经监理人员验收或验收不合格的工序,监理人员不予签认,施工单位不得进行下道工序。(5)工程验收文档编码:CR2E9F10M10O8 严格按地源热泵工程相关技术规范要求进行验收,分项工程由专业监理工程师组织验收,分部工程由总监理工程师组织,各相关单位参加,严格执行国家标准对其验收。(6)、不合格的处理对经验收不符合设计和规范要求的工序或产品,监理工程师下达监理通知指令整改或下达“监理工程师通知单”,施工单位必须按要求进行整改或返工,整改或返工完成后,及时通知监理工程师复查,复查合格后给予认可,方可进行下道工序施工。四、主要施工工艺的监理控制(一)地埋管施工1、监督施工遵守施工顺序施工准备定位放线钻井施工PE
