conditioning(heat pump)system 经过工程设计,并在工程现场用规定管道将一台或数台室外机组和数台室内机组连接、安装组成的单一制冷循环直接蒸发式空气调节系统。简称:多联机系统。3.0.2 连接管 connecting pipe 由制冷剂管道、阀门、弯头、分歧管等组成,用以连接室内、外机组,使之构成制冷剂循环的封闭回路,包括液体连接管和气体连接管。3.0.3 连接管长度 connecting pipe length 室外机组与室内机组之间的单程连接管实际长度。3.0.4 连接管等效长度 equivalent connecting piping length 连接管长度与连接管上的阀门、弯头、分歧管等阻力部件所对应的的等效长度之和。3.0.5 分歧管 bifurcated pipe 一种类似于三通、用来实现管道中制冷剂分流或合流的连接管件。3.0.6 集支管 collected branch pipe 一种在集管上设有多个支管接口、用来实现管道中制冷剂分流或合流的连接管件。3.0.7配置率 ordonnance rate 一套多联机系统所有室内机组名义制冷量之和与室外机组名义制冷量之比。4设计4.1一般规定4.1.1设计时,应根据建筑物的用途与功能、使用要求、冷热负荷特点、所在的气侯区以及能源状况等,结合国家有关安全、环保、节能、卫生等方针、政策,会同有关专业通过综合技术比较确定具体的多联式机组型式。机组仅在夏季运行时,宜采用单冷型机组;机组全年运行时,宜采用热泵型机组;在同一系统中如果存在需要同时供冷和供热的区域,宜采用热回收型机组;在具有峰谷电价政策的场所,通过技术经济分析合理时,宜采用蓄能(蓄冷、蓄热)型机组。4.1.2选用的多联式机组,其性能必须符合GB 格式整理4.4室内、外机组的布置4.4.1室内机组宜采用产品制造商推荐的方式布置;冬季需要采暖的,如果吊顶较高,应尽量避免采用顶送顶回的送风方式。4.4.2当将室内机组安装在室外、有油烟污染以及酸碱环境中时,应向产品制造商提出,以便采用相应的专用措施。当室内机组安装在有电磁波产生的设备附近时,室内机组的电控箱、遥控器和遥控线,要用铁盒、铁管保护并接地,避免电磁干扰。4.4.3室外机组的布置应遵循以下原则:(1)室外机组应设置在通风良好的场所,并考虑季风和楼群风对室外机组排风的影响;(2)室外机组宜设置于阴凉处,应避开阳光直射或高温热源的直接辐射,且不应设置在多尘或污染严重的地方;(3)室外机组应远离电磁波辐射源设置,与辐射源的间距至少在1m以上;(4)室外机组的排风不应影响邻居住户的开窗通风;(5)室外机组应尽可能设置在离室内机组较近的位置;(6)室外机组之间、室外机组与周围障碍物之间应有安装、维护空间或通道。4.4.4当室外机组集中布置时,应在室外机组周围留有充足的散热空间,以防止进、排风的气流短路或吸入其他机组的排风。当布置条件无法满足产品制造商要求时,可采用抬高机组安装高度、加装室外机组导风管或改变室外机周围的围护结构等措施改善散热条件。必要时,宜采用气流组织模拟分析方法,辅助确定室外机组的进、排放口安装位置。4.4.5当室外机组布置在建筑物各层的空调机房中时,应考虑既不应影响建筑立面的景观,又有利于与室外空气的热交换,同时便于清洗和维护室外散热器。室外机组的设置位置应符合下列规定:(1)空调机房的尺寸及围护结构必须满足室外机组的安装、维护及空气流通空间要求;(2)应采用导风管将室外机组的排风直接排至室外空间,并避免导风管漏风,同时需校核室外机组风机的机外静压应大于进风口和排风导风管的阻力之和;(3)应避免室外机组进、排风的气流短路,宜将室外机组的机房布置在建筑的边角处,分别从不同方向进风和排风。在不同进、排风口位置条件下,宜采用表4.4.5
