ZU5A8Y6E4T12/20本实验是单相半控桥整流电路,但是却不是直接利用单相半控桥整流电路,而是利用三相全控桥整流电路和整流二极管改造的,因此我们需要选出两只晶闸管和两只的整流二极管来组成我们的实验电路。又因为本实验三相全控桥整流电路的触发信号是固定的(相差 60 度)是不能改变的,因此在连接电路前我们需要考虑选取三相全控桥的12只晶闸管(两个三相全控桥整流电路每个6 只晶闸管,为了方便接线所以需要用到两个电路)的两只晶闸管(12 只晶闸管中有两对)。首先单相桥半控桥的两个晶闸管各自导通半个周期所以选择的两个晶闸管的触发信号必须要差180 度,又因为只是单相整流所以需要有一相在两个晶闸管导通时分别为正负值,根据以上原则所以尽1 号与 4 号和 2 号于 5 号管可以满足条件;对于二极管来说,因为整流二极管是不可控元件,所以不需要选择。2.电路的整流原理:在 u2 正半周,触发角处给晶闸管 vt1 加触发脉冲,u2 经 vt1 和和 vd4 向负载供电。u2 过零变负时,因电感作用使电流连续,vt1 继续导通。但因a 点电位低于 b 点电位,使得电流从 vd4 转移至 vd2,vd4 关断,电流不再流经变压器二次绕组,而是由vt1 和vd2 续流。此阶段忽略器件的通态压降,则ud=0,不像全控桥电路那样出现ud 为负的情况。在 u2 负半周触发角时刻触发 波形,在同步的时候,会产生稳定的频率为正弦波频率的两倍的锯齿波,并且波形随控制信号的连续改变稳定变化。2.半控桥纯阻性负载实验:1)连续改变控制角,测量并记录电路实际的最大移相范围,用数码相机记录最小、最大和 90时的输出电压 ud 波形(注意:负载电阻不宜过小,确保当输出电压过大时,Id 不超过
