月,国土资源部相应出台关于规范城镇建设用地增加与农村建设用地减少相挂钩试点工作的意见,XXX国土资源厅转发国土资源部关于印发规范城镇建设用地增加与农村建设用地减少相挂钩试点工作的意见的通知(鄂土资发 106 号)。国务院发布国务院关于严格规范城乡建设用地增减挂钩试点切实做好农村土地整治工作的通知(国发 47 号),XXX人民政府发布中共XXX委 XXX人民政府关于加强农村土地整治工作的意见(鄂发
