市有关安全、质量、工程验收等方面的标准及法规文件。1.2 编制范围本方案涉及的工程范围为XX市轨道交通 2 号线一期工程 XX站出入口及风亭与车站相接处地连墙破除工程。1.3 编制原则 认真贯彻国家有关工程建设的各项方针和政策,严格执行工程建设程序。严格执行有关设计、施工规范和招标文件要求,遵循建筑施工工艺及其技术规律、坚持合理的施工程序和规律。在充分理解招标文件、施工设计图纸及认真踏勘现场的基础上采用安全、先进、合理、经济、可行的施工方案。严格控制施工质量、确保施工安全,努力缩短工期,降低工程成本。应用先进的管理技术,合理计划,统筹安排,突出重点,控制关键工作,实现均衡生产,连续施工。坚持优化技术方案,加强科技创新和技术攻关,应用新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备,确保分部工程全部合格。第二章 游客;4号出入口设置在车站西侧,主要也是服务规划XX 游客;所有出入口除了满足日常运营时客流的正常进出站需求外,同时还兼顾了乘客的过街需要,满足过街功能。1号、3号、4号出入口及 2号出入口明挖段采用明挖顺作法施工,2号出入口过松北大道段采用顶管法施工,所有出入口均为单层箱型结构。基坑围护结构采用 600mm 厚地下连续墙+钢支撑。车站主体围护结构采用800mm 厚地下连续墙+内支撑体系,地连墙砼强度等级为C35。XX 站附属结构计划依次施工3号出入口、2号出入口、4出入口、1号出入口。其中 1号出入口破除尺寸为9.2m5.15m,2号出入口及 3号风亭破除尺寸为9.2m5.15m,3号出入口及 2号风亭破除尺寸为 36.525m7.85m,4号出入口破除尺寸为 9.2m5.55m。2.2 工程地质及水文地质情况2.2.1 工程地质情况开挖土层自上而下依次为:1-1 层杂填土:灰褐色 黄褐色,松散,稍湿,由建筑垃圾、生活垃圾和黏性土组成,段落范围内均有分布,层底深度约0.57.9m,平均厚度约 4.53m。2-2-2 层粉砂:黄褐色 灰褐色,饱和,松散,成分以长石、石英为主,局部含黏性土,普遍分布于表层,层底深度约2.010.5m,平均厚度约 3.04m。2-3-2 层细砂:褐黄色灰褐色,饱和,松散稍密,成分以长石、石英为主,局部夹少量黏性土,普遍分布,层底深度约8.0 15.0m,平均厚度约3.63m。2-4-1 层中砂:褐黄色褐灰色,饱和,密实,成分以长石、石英为主,局部夹少量黏性土,普遍分布,层底深度约19.030.5m,平均厚度约 3.66m。2.2.2 水文简况根据地勘报告揭示,附属结构出入口场地内空隙潜水赋存于2-2-2 层细砂、2-3-2 111.71117.66,潜水层未隔断,抗浮水位按118.10m进行设计。微承压水主要赋存于7-2 层中砂、7-4 层砂砾层,经计算,抗承压水稳定性满足基坑开挖要求。第三章 施工筹划部署3.1 施工准备3.1.1 施工技术准备 熟悉和审核施工图纸开工前应具备主体围护结构施工图、出入口及风亭内部结构施工图,工程部组织人员完成图纸审查工作,并由设计人员针对图纸审查提出的相关问题进行图纸会审及设计交底工作。依据施工图,编制可实施性的施工方案依据设计文件、施工图纸、及相关规范、规程,按照施工合同要求,制定经济合理的施工方案,报监理工程师审批后组织实施,并在开工前组织有关人员进行安全技术交底。测量复核 根据设计单位提供的导线点、水准点和测量资料,对这些点进行复测;并将交桩复测报告上报监理工程师审批。在破除施工前,进行精确测量放样,确定破除位置。3.1.2 劳动力准备 为全面落实施工安排的组织保障,更好组织施工,切实加强技术管理、质量控制,选用有地铁施工经验的破除施工单位进行XX站附属结构出入口及风亭地连墙破除施工。同时我工程部调派技术、质量、安全、测量、实验等方面有较强能力的人员配合进行防水施工工艺及质量控制。XX站附属结构施工工期紧、任务重、施工难度大,为了顺利完成该项施工任务,我工程部选派有施工经验的现场管理人员协调破除施工各个环节。进场前对施工人员进行全员入场教育、岗前培训,对施工人员进行破除施工安全技术交底。做好特殊工种的准备工作,特殊工种施工人员只有取得特殊工种操作证后才能持证上岗。劳动力计划见表2.1,施工中根据实际需要进行人员工种、数量调整。文档编码:CL3N4H3W1G3 施工方法在出入口及风亭基坑土方开挖完成后,为了实现出入口与车站主体的连接,需破除连接接口范围内车站主体围护结构地下连续墙的混凝土。根据需破除地下连续墙的实际位置、吊出空间及地质情况,计划采用分层分块、从外到里、从上到下的方式进行破除,每块面积不大于3,按顺序破除混凝土及钢筋并吊出。地连墙混凝土破除采用风镐并结合人工修凿的方法开凿。在凿除完最后一层混凝土之后,要及时检查连接洞口的净空尺寸,确保没有钢筋、混凝土侵入设计轮廓范围之内。其中3 号出入口及2 号风亭因破除长度达36.525m,为了确保破除作业时连接口上部结构的稳定,在破除作业前,采用钢支撑在顶板与混凝土支撑之间进行加固处理。4.1 脚手架搭设在需凿除地连墙范围内搭设脚手架,脚手架主要使用材料为A48,壁厚为3.25mm 的普通钢管,直角扣件及旋转扣件,因不同功能需要分为载人脚手架,载物脚手架。载人脚手架为施工时仅用于上工人操作并携带单人能提携重量(不大于
